Today, we held in Trieste our Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, an event that represents for us not only a moment of accountability, but also an opportunity to renew the bond of trust with those who believe in our industrial journey.
On this occasion, we approved the 2025 Financial Statements, which closed with a profit of over 97 million euros, and presented the Consolidated Financial Statements including the sustainability statement, as evidence of our commitment to responsible and transparent growth. The Meeting also appointed the new Board of Statutory Auditors for the three-year period 2026-2028, with Gabriella Chersicla as Chairman, and resolved on key issues such as the allocation of net profit, the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares, the amendment of the “2025-2027 Performance Share Plan”, and the issuance of new shares to support our incentive plans.
Today’s Meeting strengthens our course: we continue to be protagonists of industrial transformation, with deep roots and branches reaching out towards new challenges. We are ready to sail towards new horizons, strong in the trust of our shareholders and the passion that drives us every day.

In questa prestigiosa cornice il nostro equipaggio 100% Fincantieri ha ottenuto il primo posto in tempo reale e il secondo posto in tempo compensato nella categoria classe 0, in un’edizione caratterizzata da molti cambi meteo e condizioni imprevedibili.
Risultati frutto dell’affiatamento di un team di colleghi provenienti da tutte le Direzioni e i siti produttivi italiani, affinato da giornate di allenamento e preparazione meticolosa nei giorni precedenti la gara, simbolo di una cultura aziendale basata sul lavoro di squadra, il coraggio e il desiderio di stare comodi nello scomodo, per affrontare ogni situazione con competenza e audacia, nello sport come nel lavoro di tutti i giorni.
Un traguardo corale, raggiunto anche grazie allo straordinario contributo dei colleghi e della comunità del cantiere di Castellammare, che ha fornito supporto per logistica e manutenzione.

The results for the first quarter of 2026 reflect a strong commercial performance, with a new record total backlog and visibility of deliveries extended to 2039. This trajectory has been further reinforced by the signing of contracts that already exceed the €11 billion target set for the full year 2026.

At our Palermo shipyard, we celebrated the launching of the bow section of EXPLORA V, the fifth of six luxury ships being built for Explora Journeys - the luxury ocean travel brand of the MSC Group’s Cruise Division - and set to enter service in 2027.
EXPLORA V, which will be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), a fuel capable of significantly reducing emissions compared with traditional marine fuels, demonstrates the high level of know-how of the Palermo shipyard, where shipbuilding tradition, technological innovation and highly specialized professionals come together every day.
We reaffirm our commitment, alongside Explora Journeys, to build increasingly innovative ships with greater attention to the environment and energy consumption, designed to offer a refined, innovative and distinctive travel experience and to bring a more innovative and sustainable future on board.

In occasione della Giornata Mondiale per la Salute e la Sicurezza sul Lavoro si è tenuto il nostro primo Safety Day, organizzato presso il cantiere di Monfalcone. Un momento di confronto e condivisione tra management, istituzioni e rappresentanti del mondo accademico e culturale, che ha posto al centro la sicurezza come responsabilità condivisa, valore identitario e leva strategica per lo sviluppo industriale.
Nel corso dell’evento sono intervenuti il Presidente della Regione Autonoma Friuli-Venezia Giulia Massimiliano Fedriga, il Presidente della XI Commissione Lavoro pubblico e privato, On. Walter Rizzetto e il Sindaco di Monfalcone Luca Fasan, il Presidente di Fincantieri Biagio Mazzotta, il nostro CEO, Pierroberto Folgiero, la EVP Direttore Comunicazione Strategica Lorenza Pigozzi, il Direttore Human Resources and Real Estate, Luciano Sale, il Direttore dello stabilimento di Monfalcone Cristiano Bazzara e il Vice President Group HSE Carlo Briziarelli. Tra gli ospiti che sono intervenuti all’evento, Sara Merigo, Amministratore Delegato di Istituto Piepoli, Stefania Benedetti, Formatrice e Vicepresidente di ANMIL PRO, e Vito Mancuso, teologo laico e filosofo.
Un’occasione importante che conferma un impegno supportato da risultati concreti e misurabili. Dal 2022 al 2025 il Gruppo ha infatti ridotto l’Indice di Frequenza degli infortuni e l’Indice di Gravità di quasi il 40% con un ulteriore miglioramento anche rispetto al 2024.
