Throwback to a very tall cake for a spectacular African themed 21st party on the Sandringham Estate in September. A fabulous cake to make the body was cake, head and neck moulded from sugar and the wings rice paper. Happy to sit in a comfy nest to be transported to Norfolk then attached to her legs! The taste, texture, variety and care over each bake was exactly what we were looking for, and it was such an enjoyable experience to meet with you and discuss all the options. My father was thrilled with the goodie bag we took home for him! During the build up to the wedding we were so delighted to have such a reliable and lovely person to work with. We couldn’t be more thankful for the masterpiece we were presented on the day! It was stunning! You captured our vision perfectly. It was such a wonderful surprise to see when we entered the marquee and we have some gorgeous photos as a reminder. The proportions of the tiers, white icing and delicate green leaves were perfect. Topped off by the fact it tasted delicious - so many of our guests commented, with many trying the various flavours.
