You may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet lately… That’s because something big has been brewing behind the scenes.
I’ve officially gone into business with my long-time mate Rhys, and together we’ve launched @nel_constructions , a company built to raise the bar in residential building.
For years, I was getting caught up in the admin of running projects solo, which meant I was spending less time on-site doing what I truly love. Rhys comes from a background in large-scale commercial construction management and brings the structure, strategy, and systems we needed to scale.
Nel Constructions was born from our shared belief that quality craftsmanship and genuine client connection should sit at the heart of every build. With over 35 years of combined experience across custom homes, high-end renovations, and Class 2 multi-res builds, we bring a powerful balance of practical know-how and professional oversight.
The same hands-on quality you knew from Fin is still here (don’t worry!), but with a much stronger engine behind it. Thanks to Rhys, we’ve refined our processes, scaled our team, and elevated the entire client experience tenfold.
So if you’re planning a custom build, renovation, or Class 2 project, Nel Constructions is your team.
We’re proud of what we’re building, and even prouder of how we’re building it. Watch this space.
The “dead” side of the house at Organica. A living masterpiece! This once-overlooked space is now a lush, vibrant haven thanks to some epic landscaping.
Welcome to Organica!
After more than a decade in the industry, I’ve seen how every little detail can make a client’s dream home come to life, ticking off those must-have items and turning their vision into reality. Doing the same for ourselves felt like a dream come true. With each checkbox ticked and every thoughtful touch, we’ve crafted a space that’s all set for a lifetime of great memories.
We’re thrilled to finally reveal our finished masterpiece, a testament to hard work, passion, and always aiming for the best. We can’t wait for you to see it!
