We're excited to be delivering the Substation and Generator relocation at the Glen Waverley Civic Centre for Monash City Council.
This early‑works project supports the future Glen Waverley Civic Precinct and is being delivered in a live civic and library space. With thoughtful planning and close coordination, we’ll keep things running smoothly for the public and minimise disruption for local shop traders and nearby businesses.
We look forward to working collaboratively with Monash City Council, stakeholders, and local traders to deliver a safe, efficient, and high‑quality outcome that enables the next stage of this important civic redevelopment

FIMMA is proud to have partnered with Springvale Park Special Developmental School and the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to successfully deliver a major upgrade that supports inclusive education and enhances learning environments for students with developmental needs.
The project replaced two outdated relocatable classrooms with a single, modern permanent learning facility, complemented by associated external works.
The new building provides purpose-built spaces designed to meet the unique needs of students and staff, creating a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. These improvements reflect a broader commitment to accessibility, quality, and long-term community benefit, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
FIMMA is proud to announce our accreditation under the Australian Government building and construction WHS Accreditation Scheme. This milestone opens the door to delivering Government-funded projects and reinforces our commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality.
