We are honored to be part of “Forest and Picnic” in Taiwan. From Fukuoka, Japan, we bring our quiet devotion to hand-drip coffee— a practice shaped by time, balance, and intention. Under the open sky, among trees and drifting light, each cup becomes something more than coffee— a moment, gently held. We have met many of you in our small shop, and now, we look forward to meeting again, in a different landscape, yet within the same flow of time. See you in the forest.

Over the years, we have been privileged to welcome many guests from Hong Kong to our shop in Fukuoka. FILTER SUPPLYは、 2026年3月20日（金・祝）をもちまして閉店致します。 これまでこの場所に足を運んでくださった皆さま、 支えてくださったすべての方々に、心より感謝申し上げます。 この空間で過ごした時間。 香り、音、光、温度、そして交わした会話。 すべてを大切にしながら一杯一杯を丁寧に淹れてきました。 この場所で積み重ねたものは、まだ見ぬ先のFILTER SUPPLYへと引き継いでいきます。 次の展開までには少し時間をいただきますが、この場所での記憶を大切に抱えて進んで参ります。 閉店まで、まだ少し時間があります。 ぜひ最後の一杯を飲みにいらしてください。 皆さまとお会いできることを心より楽しみにしております。 FILTER SUPPLY will be closing on Friday, March 20, 2026 (national holiday). We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has visited us and supported us up to now. The time we have spent in this space. The aroma, the sound, the light, the temperature, and the conversations we have had. We have cherished all of these things as we carefully brew each cup of coffee. We will pass on what we have accumulated here to the future of FILTER SUPPLY. It will be some time before we move on to our next venture, but we will cherish the memories we have of this place as we move forward. We still have a little time left before we close.
