Not sure if thats stress related or not but ill take it 👌
After the week I've had, I'd usually stop eating and hit the wine as a coping mechanism, and this time last year I would have done just that.. but thats in the past.
My coping strategies have changed.
❤️ Fuel myself so I can be the best version of myself FOR myself and my kids and nobody else.
❤️ Keep my routine up in the gym and keep chasing the PBs
❤️ Hit my cardio 🚲
❤️ Get my sleep in 😴
Im a different person than I was last year and im fucking proud of it too.
