Today I got through the verification of our rear subframe bushings for the IS F, 2IS compatible. Everything went well with the front bushings giving the most trouble. This was the opposite of how it was on our test subframe off-vehicle, so expect a fight. Dropping the subframe in place requires shock, brake, and height sensor removal. Rears came out with a partial bushing cup support and threaded rod. Fronts came out with air chisel/ drill out the rubber process. Our design constellates the contact surface making it install with a deadblow. It also does not require a perfect bore (if the chisel digs in.)
While in there I upgraded to the latest traction links and diff bushings.
Will open preorder after further testing. So far, expected nvh increase but our car is pretty off the NVH scale with the exhaust mostly already. The poly inserts do seem to damp a bit.
