Today, we’re introducing the workshop stages, one of the core parts of the entire Flows experience. This year, we’ll have three main workshop spaces: Bonaca, Maestral, and Nevera - each carrying its own energy, atmosphere, and intention. Together, they create space for movement, connection, expression, transformation, and exploration. A place to slow down, get into a flow state, reconnect with yourself, express freely without judgment, and maybe even discover something completely new. 🌿 Bonaca Stage The grounded and vital space of Flows. Focused on movement, energy, playfulness, and embodiment through practices like Yoga, Qi Gong, Kung Fu, Contact Movement, Fighting Monkey, and more. Workshops designed to activate the body, awaken presence, and bring people together through movement. 🌿 Maestral Stage A softer and more expressive space dedicated to emotional presence and connection. Expect breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, sound therapy, cacao circles, creative workshops, and experiences that invite you deeper into feeling, sensitivity, and inner awareness. 🌿 Nevera Stage The more transformative edge of the program. A space for reflection, communication, challenge, insight, and deeper inner shifts - workshops that invite you to look within and explore beyond your usual patterns. Altogether, we’re bringing 50+ workshops alongside a lineup featuring artists like Guy J, Petar Dundov, Peter Makto, Tebra, Sora and many more. And beyond all of that - there’s still plenty of space to simply be. Swim in the sea, dance at the beach stage, read a book in the shade, spend time with friends, do absolutely nothing, or lose yourself on the dancefloor. Whatever your flow looks like there’s space for it. Find last tickets via link in bio. 🌊

3 weeks full of dance 🌞 Some moments from these past weeks: workshops, teachings, performances, collaborations, meetings. • taking part in FM ATHENS @fightingmonkey_practice • teaching at AMDP by @platz14.danceplatform directed by @collettivo_pergallinipitarresi • co-teaching with @melina.koulia for WOULD YOU LIKE TO DANCE WITH US? @athens_intensive • performing with @barbara_bardaka for ÀMFI: an unconventional duet at @roes_theater • teaching with @barbara_bardaka for ÀMFI: the workshop at @dos_space • teaching at @nunki.the.yoga.nest For almost three weeks, every day was about dancing, researching, sharing, listening, exchanging. Every new space, every new body, every interaction expanded my perception and strengthened my relationship with movement and dance. A continuous dialogue - learning again to flirt with life & dance. Thank you to everyone we met along the way. Next stop: Chania - teaching at GROUND. performing arts studio and rehearsing our new work “Άααχ...” with @amfi.gr

Open to dancers, performers, movers, and curious bodies ready to step into experience. 🔺 Spots are limited ▪️[email protected] 🔗 coradancefestival.com BIO Performer and teacher, also known as the “polish hammer”. Rooted herself with FM practice. She shares FM practice traveling all around the globe and in cyberspace by the online guidance. Natalia would not mind being a bird or an ocean –but she is the happiest when she can be herself. As a stray dog she is of grandparents from French gypsies with roots in pointer’s, father from Italian mafia and mother with blood of German shepherds. Currently busy with FM, stillness, TCM and joy of life. If she would be asked to close with a quote she would say: “All I ask is that you step with me into the boundlessness, where constancy, quietude and peace, infinite emptiness reign.“ #coradancefestival #fightingmonkey_practice #contemporarydancers #dancefestival #movementresearcher

A martial art belt and a partner. That’s it. The belt is rigid. It doesn’t adapt to you, so you have to adapt to it, and that changes everything. With a regular resistance band, the band moves around you. You isolate, you pull, you don’t really need to feel what’s happening inside… the band does the work for you. But when the belt is rigid and your partner is holding the other end: creating tension, shifting direction, playing with it- suddenly you have to reorganize. You get a little softer. You start moving around the belt instead of fighting it. And then the footwork comes in, the levels, the rotations. You’re not just working on your shoulder anymore. You’re working on how you move and how everything connects. That’s what I love about this. It’s not exercise. It’s exploration 🥋 Big thanks to @fightingmonkey_practice for introducing me to this kind of playful, curious movement work. #mobility #mobilitytraining #martialarts #longevity #rehab

WEEK 1 AUGUST 19-20 - NATALIA PIECZURO Info: [email protected] / @natalia_pieczuro @fightingmonkey_practice You will mainly experience “movement situations”: irregular training designed to increase the adaptive value of your behavioral traits and strategic planning. We will use “what if” scenarios and create parallel worlds (theater) to generate insights (“information”) that help us communicate better with the world. We will work with complex, often improvised structures to develop movement quality and expand creative variability across artistic, professional, and personal domains. The focus is on understanding principles of human motion and how stress and pressure influence perception, behavior, and action, as well as how to remain creatively adaptive in complex situations. Improvisation, imagination, and creativity are central. They are essential to problem solving, which supports adaptability, longevity, and sustainability. Improvisation is a necessity of life, imagination is a way of thinking about it, and creativity is a way of communicating and engaging with it. To face life’s complexity, we learn to embrace problem solving as something to value and actively develop. We will also explore these “lands” through practice. We will strengthen partnering skills (communication skills). Working with a partner introduces real-time irregularity that shapes behavior, expands movement qualities, and develops tempo and rhythm. Through partnering, movement situations, coordination work, tools, injury prevention, body conditioning, and embodied presence (“being”), we develop focus, awareness, and systemic integration. We aim to break existing patterns (unlearn them), build new ones, and discover new capacities. We will explore how to learn as much as possible, and how to remain open to the new while staying grounded. #cora2026 #fightingmonkey #fmpractice #europedancefestival

SHINOBI MOVEMENT Taiwan Exclusive Special Workshop|July 25–26 Are you ready to redefine “how you use your body”? ________ 🔺 The Core Concept of a SHINOBI MOVEMENT practice We grow as we adapt to tasks and situations we put ourselves in. A true warrior is someone who has ambivalence qualities of both a prey and predator who is capable to freely and tactically switch roles in order to efficiently adapt to the task in front of them. We need to learn how to “be the right person, in the right place, at the right time” Therefore we want to train our “Movement Capacities” not only physically but also neurologically ______ 🔻 What you will learn in this course This course will guide you through building a “movable body” and “usable physical abilities” ・Movement capability and how to build it ・Training for quick reactions and mental agility ・Multi-directional movement and environmental adaptability ・Moving efficiently from different postures ・Movement coordination (controlling time and space) ______ 🔸 Course Features This is not simply physical training. It’s about building a “transferable and adaptable” movement system. ✔ Controlling your Degrees of Freedom ✔ Integrated Training of Agility × Coordination × Explosiveness ✔ Cross-disciplinary Applications for Combat, Sports, and Performance arts ✔ Building a truly “usable” body, not just training a muscle. ⸻ 🔥 Suitable for ・Coaches/Trainers ・CrossFit/Functional Training Enthusiasts ・Martial Arts/Combat Sports Athletes ・Dancers/Performers ・Anyone who wants to improve their body control and movement quality ________ 📍 Course Information Location|Taipei City Dates|July 25 – July 26 Limited Spaces|First Come, First Served Instructor: @shinobi_mover Organizer: ATP System @team_atp_official @atp_fitbull Huajing Education Institute @hua.education @hua_trainer620 @carol077

This isn’t just running. It’s not even just plyometrics. It’s something better. It’s a locomotive plyometric drill with a pattern, which means you’re doing 4 things at once: 1. Being elastic: bouncy, springy, light off the ground 2. Staying rhythmic: locked into a beat (external/ internal) 3. Remembering the sequence: coordinating your body through a pattern. 4. Working on your active mobility. And that’s exactly what makes it magic. Because the moment you add a pattern, you can’t zone out. You can’t go on autopilot. You have to be here: connected to your body, aware of your surroundings, listening to the rhythm, thinking one step ahead. It’s movement+ memory+ music all at once. This is one of my favorite drills for so many reasons: -It keeps me light on heavy days: when other workouts leave my legs feeling like bricks, this one brings the bounce back. -It sharpens coordination & body awareness in a way mindless cardio never will -It’s genuinely fun: I finish it smiling every single time -It trains elasticity, which translates to better running, jumping and overall athleticism. If you’ve been stuck in the loop of steady state cardio or heavy lifts and your body feels stuck, give this a try. Add a pattern. Add rhythm. Maybe a little bounce. You’ll be shocked how alive you feel after 10 minutes of this. Huge credit to @fightingmonkey_practice 🙏 they reignited my love for this kind of movement. I’d played with variations of it years ago, but their approach to rhythm, coordination and body intelligence brought it back to life for me in a whole new way. If you’re not familiar with their work, do yourself a favor and dive in. Save this for your next warmup or active recovery day 📌 #warmup #mobility #calisthenics #martialarts #running

we constantly try to control life as much as possible. can you feel that tension that sits in the body? what if you could lighten the load, and breathe a little deeper. it can drive us forward, we dont need to make it a “bad” thing, but can we observe it better, be more aware of it, and have more lightness and ease with ourselves. with everything we do, we want to know what the outcome will be, we dont want to do it “wrong”, want to make the “right” choice, we want to do it “perfect”. but what if there’s no such thing. what if you felt calm in not knowing, purely for the sake of exploring, and better understanding of yourself. thats freedom, thats letting go of perfect. inspired by @fightingmonkey_practice .
