It's been a bit since we've joined our friends down at @americanfifth to catch a cocktail and a sandwich before the @lansinglugnuts game.
We'll be making down there with a couple classic dishes that we didn't get a chance to take down there last year. No better place to watch the sunset and enjoy one of their amazing craft cocktails with some of our silly treats.

We're giving it a try to be around a little more and give our friends a chance to see us on their own time. Hopefully this is can become a bigger trend in 2026.
Hopefully we'll be able to move to whole month schedules in stead of week by week.
There is still some chill this week, so hopefully that doesn't stop delicious things we've been brewing up over the winter. Looking forward to seeing how we can tie it together with all the produce once growing season is in full swing. But until then...

And this time in-between the catching tons of fun songs from @smallparks we'll be bring our spring menu out and slinging favourites.
"They Will Tell You in Spring" is always a hopefully wish that we get when we see a break in the snow. While it it embodies the staples of a Reuben. We take extra care in making sure our braise is just right and out sauces carry the right amount of horseradish to keep everything in balance.
We'll be serving Dinner to go before the show and then into the night!
