Your love is all encompassing. You embraced me in a sensitive moment of my late adolescence back in 2013. Breathed confidence not only into my art, but my entire Spiritual path I was exploring.
As everyone who knew you knows.. You were the bridge, the connector, the selfless soldier always willing to be first to show love..teach..share..inspire..
You welcomed me into your family, and literally felt right at home with mine. All those days and long nights spent maneuvering through LI and the 5 boroughs. Sleeping at my crib, calling my Mom and Dad your Pops and Ma. Recalibrating in Nature together. Traveling the country with the team.. Studio session after studio session, video after video, photo after photo, Prayer after Prayer…
We cried real tears together. You encouraged and supported some of my first ceremonies. The nature of our relationship was always Spiritual, all the art we made together came secondary to that. — You believed whole-heartedly in my path, more than I did myself often, and had this special gift of communicating that belief in the most heartfelt, sometimes overpowering ways. You simply wouldn’t allow anyone around you to lack confidence or belief in themselves, and you always saw me for both who I was, and what I was capable of. Your faith and support in me have been foundational for my growth and development as a man.
I related to and loved how much you loved your Mother, your Father, your little Brother, your extended family, your hood, our community and friend group.. Damn, we had the illest crew of talented young brothers and sisters around us. We made an impact on the city. Way beyond the music and culture, just by the way we moved and carried ourselves. All while learning how to be men, who weren’t afraid to keep it real at all times but also show endless love and humility.
You have been a selfless Warrior of the Light right up until the end. And now this next chapter has the chance to deepen your work in a more profound and meaningful way.. With Love, thank you H…

From meeting in ceremony back in 2016 up in the high Ecuadorian Andes, to immediately falling deeply in love, to meeting each other’s families and traveling the world together.. Being each other’s greatest teachers and supporters. Learning how to care for, hold, and respect one another.. Walking each other through intense chapters of growth and grief, initiations into true adulthood, and learning how to be of service to this world together.. What a beautiful and rewarding journey it has been and continues to be 🙏🏼

LIGHTMAN is my favorite piece of music from @radamiz ever. The entire album has served as medicine for myself and many others prior to and since its release. Peace! Here are some highlights from this past month in Europe. Memorable moments spent between Portugal and Sweden with some special people. — Enjoying life, facilitating meaningful experiences for others, and simply honoring the gift of what it means to be truly alive and free.
As for all of us I’m sure, there’s been so much movement in life this year so far. Great hardships, and also triumphs. New initiatives being formed, old wounds being healed, priveledged opportunities to provide quality support to others, and beautiful new lands being explored. What a journey it has been.
Migrating to another country is no easy task. Even when doing it “the right way” 🙄, the beuracracy of governments and their policies can be maddening, unfair, and at worst, downright inhumane (as we’re seeing on a global scale right now). Experiencing this first hand over the course of several years has allowed me to have an even greater compassion for those in far more dire situations trying to relocate and build a meaningful life for themselves and their loved ones upon new lands.
Despite these challenges (I’ll probably share the full story of my experience one day) I have found immense solace in the nourishing work and relationships I’ve had access to in this season of my life. My connection to God, my wife, my family and friends and community.. have provided immense stability during these turbulent times. For this I’m so grateful.
With everything going on in the world today, how can we not be grateful for the opportunity to simply still be breathing, growing, learning? The resiliency of human beings in general, and especially oppressed people and lands across the globe, has been a constant source of strength for myself during this time. I sincerely pray for peace, equality, and freedom for us all..

Peace Family. I feel humbled to share with all of you the publication of my new website and wellness platform, PEACEFUL ARROW. A home for all of the offerings I have been quietly providing to my extended community for many years, and an educational resource related to my passions and studies of spirituality & wellness, the reverent use of sacred medicines, ceremonial traditions, and living a purposeful life of service.
In a time where loneliness, division, geopolitical & environmental turmoil, and existential fears of our collective future plague society daily, I’m reminded more than ever that PEACE is the most important prayer I carry in my heart. And part of the responsibility of embodying that prayer is to help generate and sustain peace & well-being both within ourselves, and the world around us.
We each have something unique and valuable to offer to this world. And over the past 10+ years of my life I have been discovering and refining my own delivery methods of how I can aid in the betterment of my community and the world at large. — In the past I’ve made it a point to be reserved when it came to publicly sharing certain offerings of mine, and have opted rather to work on a more direct, word of mouth basis. Though now in this season of my life, these works have been growing organically to the point where it feels important to create a resource that is available to all those who may benefit from what I have to share. And to curate a space where I can share the fullest expressions of myself freely, with the hope that it may help someone else along the way.

Reflecting on the past year of my life and preparing for the next phases of my journey have led me back to one simple realization:
Love is the ultimate medicine. And Love must be shared in order for it to truly nourish and grow.
In a year full of all sorts of highs and lows, ecstatic celebrations and sacred consecrations, countless flights to fulfill numerous prayers, deep moments of grief, immense joy and laughter, injuries and illness, and ultimately the closing of certain chapters of my life.. New doorways are now opening on my path for which I am so grateful for, and for which I consistently pray for courage to embrace fully and walk through confidently.
Reflecting on 2024, I’m reminded of all of the support I’ve so abundantly been blessed with during these days. And how those expressions of love allow me to continually take the next steps on my path, knowing that I don’t do it alone. I’m eternally grateful for the endless support I receive from God, from my beautiful wife, from my ever present family, and from a community of friends, mentors, and loved ones that have never let me down. Thank you all.
I’m embracing these times we’re living in right now for all that they are. And allowing love, service, faith, and presence to lead the way. Wishing you all a blessed year full of purpose, peace, discernment, focus, and wellness. Love Family ❤️🔥

In memory of Ka…
@BrownsvilleKa constantly spoke life into me. Either through his art or directly through our conversations over the years. I’ve done my best in recent years not to make an idol out of anyone or anything. We’re all simply children of Creator. Though Ka may be the only being on this planet who I can honestly admit served as a Hero to me. The amount of guidance, insight, inspiration, and understanding I’ve received from him and his art over these 12 years is immeasurable. His music has single-handedly gotten me through some extremely trying times in my life. And his living testament that it’s never too late to right your wrongs and fulfill your purpose in life has provided so many of us with the courage to keep moving forward towards our best selves. Being a witness to his journey has undoubtedly made me a better human being in multiple ways..
In the eyes of myself and many others, there simply is no better writer in Hip-Hop than Ka. A literary giant. Name an artist with a better economy of words than Ka… He had the gift of filling one or two lines of a song with more meaning and depth than entire projects from other artists. The quotables of his catalog are endless.. He gave us enough to reflect on for a lifetime. A true spiritual anchor within the Hip-Hop community. I’ll forever be grateful for his support and belief in me, and for taking the time to see and get to know me; As he did with so many others.. The conversations happening on X right now about Ka and his interactions with his community are incredible… And the art he has left us all with will continue to nourish the hearts and minds of all those who understand his gift.
Rest easy Ka, you’ve fulfilled your mission here. Blessings to the family and all of us processing your transition.
All Praises Due to the Most High. Our marriage ceremony and wedding day was an experience I, and hopefully those who were in attendance, will never forget and will forever continue to be nourished by. — It was one of those days where you can truly feel all of life, all of Spirit, whole-heartedly supporting your prayer and purpose. Where your surrounding environment responds to and reflects the intentions of your Heart. I am at a loss of words to adequately describe the magic that was shared in that sacred space.
To consecrate our love and commitment to one another in such a ceremonial manner, with the presence of our dearest loved ones and community, has been one of the biggest rites of passages I’ve underwent on my journey thus far. Both Julia and I could not be happier with how this special day unfolded. And we honor and acknowledge all of the steps it has taken for us to reach this moment together.
There are two sentiments I’d like to reflect upon which moved me most during this sacred time of our Union.
One being the simple and true fact that this union, and this wedding, could not have happened without the undying support of our families and of our community. Julia and I’s relationship has been sustained partly by the endless words of encouragement, the constant acknowledgment of our radiant love, and the genuine desire to bear witness to our growth and development as a couple by so many people. The way so many of our family members and friends showed up to help make this day as beautiful as it was moves me beyond words can describe.. This moment and day was truly a community celebration.
I am also deeply moved by the countless reflections so many have shared with us about what our relationship signifies for them and their lives, and how nourished they were by being involved in our day of ceremony. I never expected so many tears to flow from the audience, and so much individual and community healing to occur, all from the merging of our families and communities. The reunion of old friends, the meeting of new family members, and the strengthening of existing bonds felt so fulfilling to witness. I am grateful for it all..
