A couple of absolute beauties from Fierce beer along with some friends!!
"Borealis" is a 6.8% New Zealand IPA, brewed along with @bullhousebrewco and @cloudwaterbrew
It pours medium/thick and is soft and juicy with tropical notes and a wee bit of pepper on the finish. Amazing stuff and I already have bought another can!
"Polaris" (slide 2) is also 6.8% but is a West Coast IPA and is brewed with some help from @elusivebrew and @atticbrewco
Not as bitter as you may expect, but lovely grapefruit notes, with citrus and some apricot. One of the best Westies I've had in ages and an absolutely stunning beer.
Fierce are absolutely on fire just now and both of these are absolutely essential in my eyes
