This month, we present two lots that exemplify the intersection of terroir and community.

A stunning lot of the Chiriquí terroir. This coffee is crystalline and sharp, a profile of white tea, citrus, and delicate florals with a distinct mineral finish.
*ALO Chilaka, Ethiopia, Hybrid Washed 74158
Hailing from Sidama, this variety represents the intersection of tradition and modern processing. Expect a vibrant bouquet of jasmine, lemon, rounded out by nectarine sweetness.
