The (nearly) finished pavilion, designed and built by 9 students in last semester’s research studio. In partnership with the Growing Local Collaborative, this is the first step in the development of a food hub— farmer’s market, commissary kitchen, cold storage for farmers, and an urban farm— in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans. Cotaught with Emilie Taylor Welty at the Small Center for Collaborative Design.
