Fichier Caché × Lamiri Harissa : A limited-edition drop that reimagines Tunisia’s most iconic flavor through design, culture, and movement. The project began with a simple question: how can we translate the essence of Harissa, its spice, its labor, its cultural weight, into design? with @fichiercache__ and @lamiriharissa we explored Tunisia’s visual and emotional relationship with this staple, tracing its journey from local farms to kitchen tables. The truck became our central symbol, that humble machine connecting land, labor, and culture. From there, we developed the full creative direction: concept, art direction, branding, merchandise, and production. We transformed the truck into a moving icon, a bold pink vehicle, fully branded from top to bottom, carrying Harissa cans, stickers, air fresheners, and t-shirts. For marketing, we brought the concept to life, literally. We built the real truck, turned it into a mobile installation, and shot the campaign across Tunisia. Even after the activation, the truck remained on the road, still branded, offering ongoing visibility long after the campaign ended. Through this project, we wanted to craft more than visuals, a North African identity in motion, rooted in Tunisian craft and culture, yet designed to travel. Harissa became not just a flavor, but a statement of identity, movement, and collective memory. Product Design + Creative Direction → @fichiercache___ Released in 2022 somewhere between a ritual and a product, Third World Scent doesn’t try to smell “luxury” it smells like home, memory, and contradiction. Fig opens soft and familiar, a Mediterranean sweetness that feels almost nostalgic. Ginger cuts through it sharp, alert, slightly restless pulling references from West Africa to Southeast Asia into the same breath. Then oud settles in, not as a statement piece but as a quiet anchor, something older than trend cycles, something that doesn’t need explanation. We handled the full direction for @fichiercache___ and @indinya_aromes object, packaging, and campaign treating it less like a product and more like a system of symbols. The visual language borrows from MENA supermarket aesthetics of the late 80s and 90s: bright, unapologetic, slightly chaotic, and culturally specific in a way branding today often avoids. #branding #packaging #creativedirection #scent

North Africa Club : a fictional destination built somewhere between a roadside motel and a mirage. For @fichiercache___ , we developed a merchandise drop rooted in North African visual culture but pushed into a space that doesn’t fully exist part memory, part hallucination. Drawing from the logic of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and the image of a lost camel drifting through the desert, the collection plays with disorientation, symbols, and misplaced familiarity. We approached it as a constructed universe: garments as entry points, graphics as narrative fragments, and the full rollout as an ecosystem. Merchandise + Creative Direction → @fichiercache___ A study in distortion and perception : this project for Fichier Caché draws from snake imagery in Marrakech, reinterpreted through heat, movement, and hallucination. The result: a pink visual language that feels slightly off, intentionally unstable, yet controlled. We translated this concept into a complete merchandise activation from design to campaign assets, building a system where each element reinforces the narrative. Hiddenverse is a digital fashion project developed in 2022 with @fichiercache___ conceived and executed by XTRA Studio as a full creative system. From 3D garment design to character modeling and Instagram AR filters, the project was built as an end-to-end visual and interactive experience. We designed each piece as a digital wearable constructed in 3D, applied to virtual bodies, and activated through filters to exist across platforms. The process moved between fashion design, CGI, and real-time interaction, creating a continuous loop between creation and audience engagement. At its core, Hiddenverse challenges traditional fashion frameworks removing size, gender, and physical limitations to explore clothing as a fluid, digital layer of identity. ATFAL AL HIJARA AA7 : Built with Fichier Caché, NORF, and BLAD not as a trend, not as noise, but as a statement. We used what we know: design, merchandise, branding activation, and a music video to say something real, without filtering it to make it comfortable. Because truth isn’t supposed to be easy to digest. This was experimental, But it was also direct. Clear. Intentional. The political weight around it made some artists and creatives hesitate, choosing distance to protect their visibility rather than engaging with the message. It revealed a tension that exists in the industry, where expression is often filtered through fear of consequence.
