Our team comes from the live events industry—we’re roadies, riggers, sound and lighting techs who live for putting on great shows.
We spent years on the road, racing to load in and set up, squeezing in every spare moment to refine the show. Then, we’d race to pack down, hoping to grab a few hours of sleep before the next load-in.
What we learned? Time is the most valuable asset in live events.
But when we took a step back, we realized road cases hadn’t evolved in decades. We saw the wasted hours, theinefficiencies, and knew—there had to be a better way.
Traditionally, road cases are custom-built around the gear inside. But with such a wide range of equipment, that leads to a mismatched puzzle of cases that takes hours to pack into trucks. And once the gear reaches the end of its life, the case becomes useless too.
So we asked the question:
What if we designed cases around the trucks instead of the gear?
What if every case worked together as part of a optimized system?
After extensive R&D, we cracked the code. We developed a set of dimensions that work like magic—where every case stacks and packs together, wall to wall, no matter the shape or size.
Not only does this save a massive amount of time when loading trucks, but it also unlocks a whole new level of flexibility.
Instead of making one-off cases that become obsolete, we build custom inserts that can be added, removed, or transferred between cases.
So when it’s time to upgrade your gear, you don’t need new cases—just new inserts.
This extends the life of your cases and saves you thousands.
That’s our promise.
Every Fiasco case will stack and pack perfectly with any other, saving you time.
Every case is built to the highest quality and designed to be repurposed for the future, saving you money.
Time and money that can be invested back into what we’re all here for—putting on unforgettable live events. #liveeventproduction #soundandlighting
After every show, the gear gets packed into road cases, loaded into trucks, and driven through the night to make the next load-in on time.
Anyone who’s worked in live events knows the pain of a 2am truck pack that just doesn’t want to cooperate.
That’s why we build road cases designed to pack and stack together perfectly every time. Every Fiasco Case is engineered to work seamlessly with the next, creating cleaner truck packs, faster load-ins, and smoother workflows for crews under pressure.
Because the less time spent wrestling cases in the dark, the more time and energy can go into creating incredible live events.
This case combines our 48 x 30 Lid Over Case with a custom insert designed to house a Panasonic PT-MZ20KL secured within a RIGTEC Airframe X-25.
The insert features dedicated pockets for three lenses, along with an isolated compartment for a laptop, remote, and accessories. A foam hold-down in the lid keeps everything securely pinned in place during transit.
Designed for fast, efficient workflows while delivering exceptional protection for both projector and lenses.
This case combines our 24 X 30 Case with a custom insert designed specifically to house a Yamaha DM7 Compact with Expansion Controller.
Perhaps a slightly unorthodox approach to casing a mixing console, but given the size and weight of the DM7 Compact, housing it in a standard 24 x 30 footprint is a smart solution for those looking to maximise truck pack efficiency.
One for the truck masters who like to pack to the ceiling.
Not always this easy when the cases are fully loaded, but the workshop crew had some fun stacking this batch.
A tidy solution for a large Panasonic projector housed in a RIGTEC AIRFRAME.
This 48 x 30 Lift-Off Lid Case features a custom-built insert with dedicated pockets for three lenses, a laptop, cables, and key accessories.
Securely held in place with a custom foam hold-down in the lid, keeping everything protected and ready to roll.

Rockforce are doing incredible work, setting the stage for some of the world’s biggest events.
Each case features custom colour panels on all four sides, keeping every case clearly marked and easy to spot when it matters most.
Not all road cases are built the same. And they shouldn’t be.
Yes, it’s essential they protect gear and load efficiently into trucks. But that’s only half the job.
A great case is designed for the crew handling it every single day.
How it rolls.
How it opens.
How it loads in the dark.
How it handles wet, heavy feeder cables.
How quickly and safely it deploys on show day.
Standard cases. Cadillacs. Front loaders. SLAM racks. Multi-fit screen cases.
Each construction exists for a reason. Not just for transport, but for real humans handling, patching, rigging, and deploying under pressure.
Because when the design works for the crew, the whole show runs smoother.
Built for the road.
Designed for people.
We’ve been using and casing chain hoists for years. From this experience, we’ve designed the most functional and operator-friendly motor cases possible. As part of the Fiasco truck pack system, these cases not only offer a faster and safer way to load and unload your motors but also provide unparalleled protection for your gear.
When the show’s done, all the gear needs to be loaded into trucks. That’s where we come in.
We build road cases that make every load-in and load-out faster, smoother, and free up time to focus on creating the best live events possible.
Acme Pixel Line IP Case. We’ve designed a snug home for 8 fixtures, 4 on top, 4 on bottom, with accessory pockets and foam hold downs in the lid to keep everything secure during transport. All in a 48 x 30 Case.
On show day, speed and efficiency are everything. That’s why every road case we design works together as a system. Auto-casters align instantly, lifting points are right where you need them, so you’re loading in and out faster, safer, and smoother. That’s the goal. Helping touring pros work as efficiently as possible, so they have more time to focus on creating epic shows.
