Still on the move, Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL), in collaboration with the African Development Bank, has successfully graduated 72 artisans under its skill acquisition and capacity-building programme aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s housing and construction value chain, in the Abuja stream 1 selection.
The artisans received hands-on training in six key construction trades including plumbing, electrical installation, carpentry, tiling, masonry, and painting, equipping them with practical, industry-relevant skills needed to support quality and affordable housing delivery across the country.
The initiative forms part of FHFL’s broader commitment to empowering local talent, creating sustainable livelihoods, and deepening capacity within the housing sector by developing a skilled workforce capable of contributing effectively to ongoing and future housing projects nationwide.
