Localizado em um prédio memorável do bairro de Higienópolis, de 1969, o apartamento de cerca de 600m² foi escolhido pelo proprietário com auxílio da FGMF. O imóvel, ainda que bem cuidado, não havia sofrido alterações desde a reforma dos antigos moradores, em 1978, quase 45 anos antes da intervenção atual.
O resultado do projeto é um espaço bastante integrado, fluido, com materiais e mobiliário que consideramos atemporais para um projeto perene, mas que abrigue possibilidades mudanças de layout com facilidade sem a perda das características gerais da intervenção. Uma moradia que não esteja atrelada a modismos e envelheça dignamente, da mesma forma que o edifício em que está inserida.

Located in a memorable building in the neighborhood of Higienópolis, from 1969, the apartment of about 600m² was chosen by the owner with the help of FGMF. The property, although well cared for, had not undergone changes since the reform of the former residents in 1978, almost 45 years before the current intervention.
The result of the project is a very integrated space, fluid, with materials and furniture that we consider timeless for a perennial project, but that houses layout changes with ease without losing the general characteristics of the intervention. A house that is not tied to fads and ages worthily, in the same way as the building in which it is inserted.
