Yesterday I had an incredible evening at the Miss Wales Charity Ball 🥹✨ I’m still taking it all in… such a special night filled with amazing people, beautiful moments, and so much support 💫👑 I’m beyond proud to share that my HyperHer initiative was loved and received Highly Commended in the Beauty With a Purpose award 🤍 This means more to me than I can put into words. Everything I’ve worked for, everything HyperHer stands for… it was truly seen tonight. Today… interview and finals 🤍 Feeling so emotional, grateful, and ready to give it my all. Let’s do this 💖 P.S. Laundry Day, Reimagined A recent series shot at @thegowerlaundrycompany playing with selective colour and a bold pop art feel. I’ll be honest, this is a style I’ve never been a fan of. It had its moment in the early 2000s and felt massively overused. But credit where it’s due, the agency suggested it for this shoot and it actually works really well with the concept. Power Wash Over the weekend I had a fun editorial fashion photoshoot in a laundrette. Yes, a laundrette… why not 😊 We played with two completely different styles to create contrast within the same location. The first look leaned into vintage glamour, with fur coats and classic styling, bringing a touch of old-school fashion to an everyday setting. The second look moved in a totally different direction with a modern pop art feel, using bold styling and selective colour to give the images a graphic, contemporary edge. Huge thanks to @thegowerlaundrycompany for letting us take over the shop for the morning and turn their laundrette into a fashion set. Sponsored by: Emma Jane Model Management Age: 18 Location: Swansea Bio: Ffion is an 18-year-old beauty therapist from Swansea and a Miss Wales 2026 finalist. As a military child, she moved regularly while her father served in the Royal Air Force, an experience that helped shape her adaptability and resilience from a young age. From the age of 10 to 16, Ffion trained as a rhythmic gymnast and competed nationally. She retired from the sport following a knee injury that required surgery. At 16, she was diagnosed with severe ADHD and ODD, which helped her better understand many of the challenges she had faced growing up. Since then, Ffion has focused on raising awareness and supporting others with similar experiences. She is the founder of HyperHer, a platform created to highlight ADHD in girls and young women, and is an ADHD UK Ambassador. She also wrote The Butterfly Brain, a children’s book designed to help young people understand ADHD in a simple and positive way. Through Miss Wales, Ffion hopes to continue learning, building confidence, and using her experiences to help others feel understood and supported.
