This newest journey through it has been wilder than ever expected, and it’s taken us some time to more broadly share.
Love and gratitude to all our friends and family, close and far. Respect, peace, and reverence to those who’ve struggled in their journey. To those who’ve chosen a different path. To those who’ve been through it all, the struggles, the pain, the joy.

It’s a new era.
There’s no way (I know of) to turn back time, so it’s onward for now. I know I’m not the only one who’s had a hard handful of years recently. Just do your best and keep moving forward.
It can be tough to focus on gratitude when things feel like they’re spiraling out of control, but let’s be honest, control is and always has been an illusion. Keep your fires stoked as best you can. Ask for help when you need it. Don’t give up hope (or do, if that’s what you need at the moment; just come back to it).
Everyday is a new opportunity. Sometimes you have to embrace the suck. Sometimes things will be bad. But change is the only constant, and change will take you to where you’re going next, whether you like it or not. Release your attachments and expectations. Allow yourself to focus on this unique moment. The now is where your true power exists.
Humans possess many incredible abilities. One such is the power of our attention. Another such is the power of our intention. Free will gives you the ability to align these forces. Our current society does not encourage this, but as your friend and ally, I’d highly recommend you do.
