Becoming The Land ⢠Spring 26
Ahead of the launch of our very own nature documentary, watch Claire Foy preparing to become the voice of the land.
Can she get the character right? Just how does the land in spring sound?
This Wild Land, written by Max Porter, launches on the spring equinox, 20 March.

At Knepp, rewilding has taught us that nature thrives when we step back. That if you give it half a chance, nature will heal itself and insects can return in astonishing abundance.
But in a garden, sometimes it needs a little help.
To give the bugs at Kneppās Rewilded Walled Garden the finest experience hospitality can offer, we invited four artists to create the Bug Hotels of their dreams.
Rewilding isnāt just for vast grounds. It can begin in a garden, a balcony - or any forgotten corner left to grow a little wild. Knepp created their Rewilded Walled Garden to show how this can be done. You can visit the Walled Garden for yourself, and learn more at the link in Kneppās bio š¦

Chelsea Flower Show ⢠Summer 26
Weāre delighted to announce that next week weāll be at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. With our wonderful charity partner @horatiosgarden , weāve created an exhibition that celebrates the restorative power of scent.
Designed by world-renowned floral artists, Frida Kim and Wagner Kreusch, the exhibition includes a dramatic wheat wall. Created through hand-stitching, it captures the movement of wind rustling through wheat fields. These photographs share a glimpse of Frida and Wagnerās making process.
Horatioās Garden creates beautiful, expertly staffed gardens alongside NHS rehabilitation centres for people with life-altering spinal injuries.
If youāre visiting @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show, do come and see us at Stand CW312.

With a few days left to celebrate Ffernās Beltane Festival, weāre calling all would-be revellers to join us and seize the day. In the words of the 17th century poet, Robert Herrick:
See how Aurora throwes her faire
Fresh-quilted colours through the aire:
Get up, sweet-Slug-a-bed, and see
The Dew-bespangling Herbe and Tree!

Final call ⢠Beltane
Just 24 hours remain in which to purchase* our new Beltane fragrance.
This energetic fragrance captures the moments before dawn on Beltane - some of the yearās most magical. Weāve captured green grass, pressed by dancing feet, with galbanum and grapefruit, warming the blend with elements of bitter orange. Pink peppercorn sparkles like May Day dew - while vetiver and ginger bring an earthen warmth to the base.
*Our loyal ledger members will still be able to get their bottles āØ šæ šø
For the otherworldly characters at the heart of our Beltane Parade, we enlisted set designer and prop maker @saskiamartindale to create two giant puppets for Ffern.

Threading the ribbons ⢠Beltane
A quintessential picture of Beltane and May Day celebrations is the swishing of long ribbons around a tall maypole. Held by dancers circling round and round in merrymaking, the ribbons are plaited, creating patterns as they go. When the dancers reverse their steps they unwind the ribbons. This is thought to represent the days stretching longer, as the ribbons billow freely again.
It is said their rainbow colours carry with them different meanings; red symbolises the earthly, white symbolises the divine, gold is for the sun, while green is for leaves and vines unfurling, and purple is for the wine of grapes and celebrations to come.

The art of noticing ⢠Spring 26
As springās abundant creativity reaches its climax, thereās a wild tangle of leaves and fronds camouflaging secret creatures. As we continue our springtime reflections on the art of noticing, weāre turning our attention to the wildlife that burrows, flits and grazes around us.
From the polka-dotted ladybird shining in her crimson cloak to the urbane fox skulking around corners ā the signs of natureās antics are there for all to see, if we look close enough.
Whether you are in remote countryside, on wild scrubland, or in the city, all it takes is a moment to pause, notice and wonder.

Water mint ⢠Spring 26
Lining the verdant edges of Kneppās abundant wetlands, tall, green stems of water mint sway gently with the breeze. Emitting a cool, herbaceous scent, they grow from both the water and the grassy banks. Supporting a bounty of wildlife - kingfishers, sea trout, beaversā¦
Inspired by the fragrant herbs that fill this watery haven, the Spring 26 Perfumerās Candle evokes a winding stream where wild mint and thyme sprawl, crowding the banks. Warming aniseed adds complexity to this freshness, while peppery caraway conjures the mineral scent of dew-soaked earth.

For Beltane, we began in the dell before sunrise - the herbal scent of springās fresh shoots, a thousand shades of green. Basil underscores cool notes of green mandarin and white grapefruit, warmed with a splash of bitter orange rind.
The lush, energetic heart of our fragrance belongs to the bitter orange tree, now in flower: honeyed neroli, petitgrain, jasmine grandiflorum, and orange flower, twice distilled.
For the clean, fresh scent of newly turned soil beneath the grasses, we turned to vetiver and spiced ginger. The final touch was the dew, captured with pink peppercorn - a sparkle of droplets that catches and refracts the dawn.
Beltane is available for a fortnight, until 14th May. After this time, it will be available to Ffern ledger members only.
