FFCC L.E.A.P.S. Day & FFCC End of the Year Meeting
- Saturday, May 30 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Windermere High School
The FFCC is excited to host the fourth annual L.E.A.P.S. Day, offering professional development opportunities for directors, staff, and students throughout our circuit and across the state of Florida.
The Director and Staff Track will include sessions focused on:
• Understanding design/effect
• Building culture and leadership within programs
• Learning how the judging sheets work
• Educational discussions and professional development opportunities
The Student Track will feature classes and discussions on:
• Leadership and team culture
• Performance techniques
• Understanding judging and performance evaluation
• Spin and dance classes taught by FFCC independent world winterguard members
Directors and staff will conclude the event with the FFCC End of the Year Meeting from 3:00–5:00 PM, where proposals and the Board of Directors slate will be voted on, and important information regarding the upcoming season will be shared as we wrap up another successful year together. Students will continue participating in educational sessions and classes throughout the afternoon.
This is a free event, and we look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, May 30.
Registration will help us in planning for numbers or participants. Registration will close Tuesday May 26th in order to plan for numbers but you can still attend after that date.

In collaboration with @ffcc1985 , Silent Command is bringing an exciting back-to-back weekend of leadership and performing arts education to the state of Florida.
Our two featured leadership keynotes include Executive Director Jared Geer, former Drum Major for The Blue Devils, who will also serve as this year’s Drum Major Clinician, alongside CEO Sharbel Skaff, former Horn Sergeant and staff member for The Cadets and current visual staff member for the Troopers leading sessions focused on all things marching and visuals.
