Here’s how to register your Festaff account and be ready to apply for events when applications open on 30 Jan:
1. Head to festaff.co.uk and click “APPLY TODAY”
2. Scroll down to find “New User”
3. Create your account and fill out the registration form
Make sure to complete all sections, the more detail, the better
4. Upload a clear photo “PASSPORT STYLE”
5. Click “Save Profile”, you’ll be ready to apply as soon as applications go live
A few minutes now = a summer of music, mates, and memories🎶
If “NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS” appears on an event.
This means our volunteer roster is full at the moment, but you can still join our waiting list as more spaces may become available.
If more volunteer places become available, we will contact you before applications go live to give you the best chance of success.
Please follow these steps to join waiting list:
1. Log into your Festaff Profile
2. Click on “Festivals” at the top of the page (or scroll to find the event).
3. Select your chosen festival.
4. Click “Join the Waiting List”
5. You will not receive a confirmation email, but a message will appear on website saying that you are on Waiting List for this event.
If you do not already have a profile, you will need to create one first!

Sometimes it’s the little moments that stay with you.
Jamie and Emma tried wristbanding and loved it welcoming people through the
gates, being part of that first excited moment when someone arrives at a festival.
As Jamie puts it: “If you put on a wristband, it’s a very happy moment. You’re part of that.”

Sometimes the best way to explain what Festaff is all about is to let our volunteers do the talking.
Secure camping, food vouchers, showers, and a ready-made group of people who genuinely look out for each other, especially if you’re coming on your own.
As Sue Keenan, one of our longest-returning volunteers, puts it: „They’re my family now.”
