Please join us in a HUGE round of applause for Crisia Tabacaru, PhD, our newest FKC Certified Educator! Crisia brings a truly unique perspective to our collective. By day, she is an Biologist and Biodiversity Partnerships Lead at the University of Alberta. She has spent her career studying the patterns, cycles, and health of the natural world, so it was only a matter of time before she turned that expert lens toward the internal ecosystem of the human body. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Crisia’s practice @cycle.and.flow is all about evidence-based empowerment. She is also a Billings Ovulation Method educator and a fertility doula, meaning she holds both the high-level data and the heart-centered support that our clients need. Working with Crisia during her certification was such a joy. She has this incredible ability to take complex biological data and make it feel grounded, intuitive, and—most importantly—trustworthy. Crisia, we are so lucky to have your brilliant, scientific mind in this cohort. You are such a force for body literacy! Go give Crisia a follow at @cycle.and.flow and check out her work!

Lately, we’ve been reflecting on what it means to decanter ourselves as the “experts” and create something bigger than us. Not stepping back, but stepping aside enough for community wisdom to rise. Because real learning doesn’t only happen from the top down. It happens in conversation, in shared experience, in being witnessed, and in practicing together. That’s the spirit guiding this next era of FKC: peer chart review partners, alumni-led nurture calls, and spaces where support flows both ways. You can know every rule, every methods every detail but if you don’t trust yourself, the knowledge can only take you so far. So maybe this season isn’t about learning more. Maybe it’s about trusting more. Trusting your body, your observations, your capacity and the wisdom that lives within you 💙

Big news! Help us celebrate the incredible Diana Ghise of @rootedcycles as she officially becomes a certified Fertility Knowledge Collective Educator! Diana is able to bridge textbook theory with deep, embodied intuition. Teaching beyond the rules, she’s helping clients develop true body literacy. Diana is based in the Azores, where she combines her background in Well Woman Yoga Therapy and pelvic health with our clinical, evidence-based framework. During her mentorship, we watched her navigate complex charting scenarios with so much grace and clinical reasoning, the exact kind of educator we strive to train at FKC. Whether she’s tending to her garden or helping a client untangle messy data, Diana’s approach is all about trusting YOUR observations and your knowing of YOUR body. Diana, it has been such an honour to have you in this cohort. The charting world is so lucky to have you. 🌿💻

We want to challenge what it feels like to have authority and take up space in the FAM world. Like, you want to teach FAM to other people, but you are still learning yourself. It’s about having the humility to be open and honest that you are still learning, and commit to that. To have a safe, knowledgeable haven you can go back to work through your questions. FKC is that space. If you’re hesitating thinking: “What if I learn all of this, and still don’t feel confident with real clients?” And a lot of programs don’t actually prepare you for that. That’s exactly why we built FKC the way we did. It’s about understanding the why, so when things get messy (and they will), you’re not guessing. You’re critically thinking. And if you don’t know the answer to something (yet) you know where to go. Bc that’s the commitment to lifelong learning that makes you a fabulous educator. Inside our FAM certification, you get: – our full multi-symptom method – done-for-you teaching decks, scripts, and client resources – our live calls – and a community that actually talks about real charts and nuance This is fertility education built for real human bodies. Doors close Thursday. 🤍

Ever look at a client’s chart and just *know* there is something deeper going on? Maybe it is a consistently short luteal phase, or those frustratingly messy PCOS patterns that make interpretation feel like a puzzle. As educators, we are pros at reading the data, but sometimes we need to bridge the gap between the chart and the underlying physiology. That is why we are so excited to have Stacey Dimock @lotusfunctionalmedicine joining us for the FKC virtual conference! Stacey is a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Registered Pharmacist who is basically a bridge-builder for root-cause health. In her session, we dive into: Identifying chart patterns that signal metabolic or hormonal imbalances. How things like gut health, inflammation, and blood sugar actually show up in those daily temps and mucus observations. Knowing exactly when a referral is the best next step for your client. It is all about giving you more confidence to support your people when their charts get complicated (and taking some of the stress out of the process for everyone!). Learn from Stacey on Saturday as part of the FKC Virtual conference, grab your ticket in the link in bio!

Your commitment to continuous learning is what makes you a good educator. Feeling like an imposter because you don’t know everything yet? If you’re here, asking the why questions, you’re probably ready. Holding space for a client isn’t about being an omniscient chart-whisperer. It’s about being a highly trained, honest facilitator. When you normalize saying, “Let’s dive into this together,” or “I’m going to bring this to my case review group,” you actually build more trust with your client. They know you won’t guess with their health. They know you have a professional safety net. And that is what true authority looks like. FKC is that safety net. We give you EVERYTHING you need to start teaching clients. Articles with the evidence base, a space to chat through your own chart questions, PDFS and client handouts, teaching slides, and more. If you’re asking questions and willing to not know everything, you’re ready to teach FAM. Become a FAM educator with FKC. We’d love to welcome you into the 2026 certification cohort. Doors are open to the waitlist right now 🫶🏻

Celebrating another incredible educator joining our circle of certified Fertility Knowledge Collective teachers! Let’s hear it for Heidi, who says “I think FAM is the most powerful gift any woman can give another… body literacy, body autonomy, and the tools to look at a rogue temperature or a weird cervical mucus glob and actually know whether it’s spiral worthy or not. How the heck is the literal magic & knowledge of FAM so wildly unknown?! 🌙✨” And about the training, Heidi would say to someone on the fence: “DO IT! The support, the advice, the questions, the answers, the chart reviews, the practicum, the pace, it all works. I’ve learned so much more than I was expecting, and I truly feel ready to support clients thoroughly through their charting journey through all the nitty-gritty and beyond.” We are so lucky to have you, Heidi! Congratulations 🎉
