Too sick for music posts, but I've been practicing the sitting pose from a Bikram Yoga program. Really keeps my knees nice and stretched, but done right you don't really use your knee's exactly. Watch towards the end and watch most of its in your toes. Burns all my toes like crazy. Stay Flexy !! 🤣
