Join artist Tory Tepp and baker extraordinaire Michael Griffin as they bake delicious Kernza goodies, using flour harvested and milled from a âtest plotâ of this robust perennial grain, that the artist planted in 2020 with a nearby farming family.
.
Then make sure to check out Revenant Canoe, the latest earthwork by Tory Tepp at Witwen Park. This upended canoe partially submerged in the wetland habitat will be populated with relics reflecting the relationships between the history of the area with the surrounding land.

Join Erica Ruggiero, a Principal and Historic Preservation Specialist, for an exploration of its history â from early beginnings as a rural picnic grove; to its transformation into a church campground; to hosting a regional Fourth of July parade and barbeque; to serving as a go-to spot for community connection with concerts, gatherings and public events like Fermentation Fest.
