Last week we launched our newest beer, Hive, made in collaboration with @buddhabeeapiary at Fenton!
Hive is a Honey Saison in the style of a rustic Belgian Biere de Miel, brewed with Pilsner and Wheat, lightly dry hopped with Amarillo, and delicately finished with chamomile and honey sourced from bees local to the Fenton district near our taproom. It’s light, floral, and distinctly local.

🥢 Finally checked out @m_izakaya_cary in @fentonnc and it did not disappoint! This is the most recent concept from acclaimed local Chef Michael Lee’s @m_restaurants and it might be my favorite of them all!
The Little Gem Salad, Loaded Tots, Corn Ribs, and Miso Sea Bass are my non-negotiables! Also loved their Scallop Crudo, Garlic Soy KFC Wings and sushi rolls!
