#Sponsored If an NFL linebacker can check his nuts, anyone can do it. Monthly. 60 seconds. One at a time. Early detection of something nutty changes everything. To learn more about what’s in your nuts, visit the link in our bio.

#Sponsored @jack_harvey93 wants to know the last time you actually checked your nuts. Not just grabbed your bag and moved on. Get to know them. One at a time. Made sure everything’s the way it should be. At Indy’s Nuts, we do that monthly. Early detection of something unusual changes everything. Learn more about what you’re holding by visiting the link in our bio.

#Sponsored Most guys have a monthly routine they skip. @jack_harvey93 doesn’t. Shower. 60 seconds. Once a month. Feel for anything unusual — a lump, a change, something that wasn’t there before. It’s the check that performance-minded guys don’t skip because they know catching something early is always better than finding out late. To learn more about your nuts go to the link in our bio.

Cancer care is about more than treatment. It’s also about guidance, support, quality of life, and the people who help patients navigate it all. This week we celebrate the oncology centers helping to make that care possible.

What a weekend at the Indianapolis 500 with the Indy’s Nuts campaign! Over the first weekend, we handed out more than 15,000 bags of Indy’s Nuts and had countless meaningful conversations with race fans, survivors, families, and supporters. From hearing stories of survivorship to helping raise awareness with the general public, every interaction reminded us why this campaign matters. We’re proud to use one of the biggest stages in motorsports to continue the conversation around testicular cancer awareness, the importance of early self-checks, and the long-term side effects that can come with treatment. Because survivorship matters too. This is only the beginning and we’re just getting warmed up for the weeks ahead. If you’ll be at the Indy 500, come say hello, learn more about the campaign, snap a photo with our mascot, and grab yourself a bag of Indy’s Nuts. 🥜🏎️ #CheckYourNuts #IndysNuts #indy500

If you or someone you know has cancer, it is important to be aware of the impact some treatments may have on a person’s hearing. Cisplatin-based chemotherapy is an indispensable component of treatment for many cancers, but it carries a high risk of permanent or irreversible hearing loss. Once administered, cisplatin can accumulate in the cochlea of the inner ear, where it triggers inflammation, oxidative stress, and irreversible damage to the cells responsible for hearing. This means patients can start losing their hearing during treatment, and the effects can worsen even after chemotherapy ends. #ChemoSideEffects #Ototoxicity #OncologySupport #CancerCare #HearingHealth
