[Antonia Desplat as Beatrice Hastings on the set of #ModiglianiTDWM]
Beatrice Hastings (pen name of Emily Alice Haigh) was an incredible writer of the early 19th century who delved into feminist literature, art critique, poetry and satire. She is played by the equally incredible @antonia.desplat
I’m fortunate to say Antonia became a good friend on set, which isn’t difficult as she is incredibly kind and supportive. On the final day on set, as we were stood on Zeilinski Bridge in Budapest, she gave me compliments on my work over the last three months that still make me smile to this day.
Antonia has recently been in the Phoenician Scheme, Shantaram and (of course) Modigliani: Three days on the Wing of Madness. She is also currently staring in Made in Paris. Check her out!
Thanks for being a friend @antonia.desplat
#ModiglianiTDWM stars; Riccardo Scarmacio, @antonia.desplat , @brunogouery , @ryanmcparland , @stephengraham1973 and Al Mother-f-ing Pacino!
Modigliani: Three days on the Wing of Madness, is available today. Don’t miss it!

Here are some of my best shots of @johnnydepp directing—a true master of performance, sharing his craft with others. On the set of @in2_film Modigliani: Three Days on the Wing of Madness.
Because of Johnny, what was supposed to be a ten-day trip to a film set turned into three months of hard, dedicated work.
On what I thought would be my final day, I said goodbye to everyone—saving Johnny for last. He gave me a big hug and said, “It’s time,” then walked me over to his crew and said:
“Felix is no longer part of the Hungarian crew. He’s one of us.”
Nothing could have prepared me for that feeling—of having my hard work recognized by the director.
Johnny was kind and respectful every day. Thank you for sticking your neck out for me.
Modigliani: Three days on the Wing of Madness is out in cinemas, and will be coming to Apple TV and Prime Video on August 4th! Go watch!

Rhino mama protects baby rhino
One day, this calf will grow into a dominant force, fighting for territory, survival, and legacy. But with shrinking habitats and increasing pressure, his future raises a powerful question: will he be forced to challenge his own father to survive?

When travelling through South Africa, I came across this lone Chacma Baboon, with a large wound in his behind. We can only guess what happened to him, perhaps he lost a fight with a larger, more dominant male, or maybe from a close shave with a leopard.
On his own, he will face many challenges. He will be stalked by Leopards, chased by the Spotted Hyena, and hunted by Lions. If he has the will to survive, he will become stronger than ever. Perhaps one day, he will return top his pack, and challenge for the right to rule.
If you love wildlife documentaries, animal behaviour, and relaxing nature sounds, this one’s for you.

I have had such an incredible experience filming such incredible natural moments over the last few years, and with a desire to pursue further adventures, I thought I would make a showreel to demonstrate what l’ve been up to in the great wide world.
Here’s to many more years of adventuring.

We spoke to the amazing guitarist and violinist from Eve Appleton Band @eveappletonband about the sense of community in the Bristol music scene.

In a world that’s becoming increasingly obsessed with constructed fake moments, Pitlad endeavours to paint reality in all its messy glory, the beautiful and the ugly.
We loved talking to the brilliant @pit_lad at the Fete of Bristol about the city, and photographing what he believes in. The conversation may or may not have ended in a marriage proposal.
And of course, everyone loved @pit_lad ‘s photo exhibit of the Bristol community at the Fête of Bristol ❤️
Here are some of the best storyboard scenes from our recent Below the Belt Production; The Scuttler. 🎬
One of my favourite parts of filmmaking is storyboarding. If I’ve spent more time on a shot, i know it’s one that is conveying something important. Some shots are simple. They don’t need much drawing to describe what effect or emotion you’re trying to convey. But sometimes you need to figure out a really tricky shot, such as a practical effect, a lighting change, or vfx. That’s when storyboarding really becomes useful.
A continuation of the storyboard is an animatic, an animated storyboard. An animatic allows you to see how the pacing of your storyboard works, especially useful for a music video.
The most important lesson? You don’t have to stick to either of them! When you’re on set you’ve got to embrace the sparks that fly when a team comes together. Not everything can be meticulously planned!
