🌊🦈✨ Tiny fins in paradise!
In some down time our team caught the cutest surprise — some baby blacktip reef sharks cruising through the shallow water right in front of the resort in the Philippines.
These juvenile sharks use the shallow seas as nurseries that offer safety from predators and have a great food supply of small fish, crustaceans and mollusks. Females often return to the same specific, protected nursery areas to give birth year after year, demonstrating the critical role these habitats play in the species’ life cycle.
Such an unreal reminder of how alive and delicate these reefs are. Grateful for a quick glimpse — and for moments like this that make shoots feel magical. 🌴💙
BBC Asia, ‘Beneath the Waves’ recently won an award at the Wild Ocean Film Festival 👏
This brought me back to my first shoot for this series which happened to be that very episode. Working in the Philippines for a month with nudibranchs was the BEST. I search for them on every fun dive I have so I loved every minute of working towards filming them.

First hike of the year on Pen y Fan, and what a way to kick off the adventure season! 🌞🌧️
From glorious sunshine to refreshing rain, the Brecon Beacons never disappoint. The views were worth every step, and nature reminded me just how incredible it feels to be outdoors. 🌿✨
If you’re looking for some weekend inspiration, get outside and embrace the beauty around you! 💚
First dive of the year in Cornwall 🤿
11°C waters, fresh but stunning. We were lucky to have clear viz and the sun shining as we explored beneath the surface.
Getting underwater and experiencing views like this is glorious ✨
Happy International Women’s Day 🌎
To strong women everywhere—may we be them, may we know them, may we support them.
On this International Women’s Day, let’s shine a light on the incredible women who are making waves in wildlife filming. Here’s to breaking barriers, challenging norms, and empowering each other to reach new heights. Bringing more diverse perspectives to the lens and showing the world the stories that we can tell.🌿🎥
Stepping into the water feeling unusually light without scuba or rebreather equipment.
In late 2024 I spent some time freedive training. I am thrilled that I got into the freediving mindset quickly, diving to almost 30 meters. I am now qualified to advanced freediver level!
Looking forward to putting this new skill to the test 🐟🤿
Racing to the top for that first track feeling... 🏔️
Skiing has always been one of my passions, and the Alps never disappoint. We hiked up to the peak of creux noirs and at 2705m the views left us speechless every step of the way. 🌨️
On days like this, with fresh powder underfoot and the mountain air in your lungs, you realise how special these moments are. Let’s keep chasing the adventure, and protecting the places we love. 🏔️✨
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎄🎉

I hope every one of you is having a good Christmas period. Enjoy a break whatever you are doing, unplug, go outside, walk in nature and watch your breath in the cold.
Here’s to new adventures making 2025 a year to remember!
