Yes, I still work with doctors. Healthcare leadership will always be part of my foundation. Since 2024, my business has expanded beyond medicine to support professionals across industries who are ready to step into their excellence, strengthen their voice, lead with confidence, and align how they do life with how they do business. Doctors, business owners, executives, therapists, entrepreneurs, and leaders all carry pressure. The work is learning how to lead without losing yourself in the process. Check out THE DOCTOR WHISPERER @thedoctorwhisperer to see where this journey began. (I even had a podcast from 2018-2024) #businesslifecoach #businesscoach #physiciancoach

A dear friend of mine who does a lot of work with Amazon shared w/me yesterday about the importance of reviews. I need at least 35 to make an impact and I’m currently holding strong at (2). 🧑‍🍳 😘 Amazon reviews are critical for authors because they help build credibility and visibility. Positive reviews boost an author’s book ranking in Amazon’s search algorithm, making the book more discoverable to potential readers. They also provide social proof, encouraging others to buy the book. Reviews can influence buying decisions by offering feedback on the book’s quality and content. Additionally, a large number of reviews can attract media attention and increase opportunities for promotion. For authors, these reviews are a valuable form of word-of-mouth marketing. If you know me than you understand why it’s important for me to reach more people. I appreciate anyone that takes the time to right a review…especially during #suicidepreventionmonth #review #amazonreview #author #reviewrequest #amazon #writeareview #usechatgpt #not1more #mentalhealthatwork #mentalhealthmatters #hope #ainttooproudtobeg #book2 #brokenopen

We said our final goodbye last night. Mom and I sat watching the sunset with Our Blessed Mother waiting for him with open arms. So many loved ones waiting to greet Charlie…we all love him so much and now he is free. #weloveyou #restinpeacedad

Some days remind you exactly why these conversations matter. Honored to stand alongside an incredible group of leaders at the Behavioral Health Summit in Polk County. From the powerful leadership of the Superintendent of Polk County Schools, to my brilliant friend Natasha continuing to educate and advocate, to Madalyn keeping me moving with grace and professionalism behind the scenes… this was leadership in action. ADVENT HEALTH…whoa…the leadership team sharing stories and staying for both sessions…WOW! Thank you 💚 Different voices. Different experiences. One shared mission. The future of mental health conversations will belong to the communities willing to stop avoiding hard truths and start building healthier humans, workplaces, schools, and systems together. Polk County showed what that can look like. B R A V O 👏 WE can do this. “WE” Waddya say #TAMPABAY ?! #mentalhealthatwork #mentalhealthatschool #pinellascounty #hillsborough

Getting closer every day to normalizing this conversation surrounding mental health …in life and in business. So thrilled I was able to speak to the community I lived in when I first moved to FL over 20 years ago. I will always love #indianrocksbeach and I’m so grateful I was able to speak to you all tonight @irbaction2000 This beautiful community (and so many others in Tampa Bay) went through so much after the hurricanes in 2024…I am so grateful you have been rebuilding…mentally and physically. Thank you. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #irb #indianrocksbeach

31 years sober, and I never thought I’d see the day where I could sit at a bar with a group of incredible women, laughing together while enjoying delicious handcrafted mocktails we made ourselves. Last night’s class with Hugo from @barmanemporiumacademy hosted at @apoteakdunedin was such a beautiful reminder that life keeps expanding in ways we never expect. Organic ingredients, thoughtful conversations, dancing, so much creativity, and proof that you can have an amazing night out with zero alcohol. #MindfulMocktails #SoberLiving #mentalhealthawarenessmonth💚 #MocktailMovement #mentalwellness

I woke up scrolling and then remembered what I spoke about yesterday…we can start our day over anytime we want. (I am a human being with many flaws). So I began to meditate so I can be present and peaceful in my hotel room. I appreciated the slow start to the morning after a powerful summit day. I honored my body through movement, rest, and nourishment. I listened to a walking meditation for 2 miles. Pet a few dogs and said hello to strangers. I can now remain focused on creativity rather than pressure. It works. It really does. #startyourdayover #progressnotperfection #restandrestore

There are many things I want to say about today, but honestly, I’m just filled with pure gratitude coupled with a tad bit of exhaustion . Standing in front of a room speaking on Mental Health in the Workplace and being introduced by the CEO of a hospital reminded me AGAIN that you truly can manifest a different life for yourself. I am living proof that your past does not define your future. Keep showing up, keep doing the work, keep believing bigger for yourself. There is nothing you cannot overcome when you decide you’re worthy of more. Thank you @polkvision …I’m blown away by this incredible behavioral health summit today. B R A V O …every county could learn from you all in #polkcounty MADALYN you are such a beautiful young woman and I LOVED being by your side all day. Thank you 💚 #mentalhealthintheworkplace #behavioralhealth #speaker
