Flint, vervuld van nieuwsgierigheid om te verkennen, wilde het gouden licht in de boom van dichtbij zien en vreesde de hoogte niet. Hij was gewend om hoog te zijn in het koninkrijk. Terwijl hij de boom beklom, bleef hij onwetend van de gevaren bij de rand van de tak. Een prachtige gouden vlinder, aangetrokken door Flint's eigen gouden blik, kwam naar hem toe. Aan de andere kant was Bo bang maar bleef dicht bij de stam, met een waakzaam oog op Flint om hem te beschermen tegen mogelijke ongelukken. Flint bleef onbevreesd, terwijl Bo bezorgd bleef maar wist dat een goede band betekende dat je je eigen angsten onder ogen moest zien

Flint, filled with curiosity to explore, wanted to see the golden light in the tree up close and didn't fear the height. Climbing the tree, he remained naive about the dangers near the edge of the branch. A beautiful golden butterfly, drawn to Flint's own golden gaze, approached him. On the other hand, Bo was scared but stayed close to the trunk, keeping a watchful eye on Flint to protect him from any mishap. Flint remained fearless, while Bo remained concerned but knew a good bond was about supporting each other, even when it meant facing your own fears.

🖌 i wanted to paint something darker to try something else. inspired by envy and jealousy. a siren who is jealous of a princess above, she wanted to be like her. She would lurk the princess to the sea and steal her crown. But after what she had done she felt regret, she had gone too far.
🩸I bought some new red paints I wanted to try and I found a beautiful red that was perfect for painting blood.

I tried creating something graphic design-related, but I wanted to steer away from the sleek and polished look you often see in graphic design. Instead, I aimed for something more hand-drawn and slightly imperfect, with a bit of wonkiness, because I feel it gives the work more character.

Some time ago I wanted to create something out of paper and I love silhouettes. So i created a light boxes with different types of paper and a little paper puppet for the first time. I did a short stopmotion test. I have never done this before but this was a fun project and inspiring for maybe more in the future and I want to learn how to make a paper puppet better 🌟

I also thought of a way how Puk needs to keep Tin Tim running, maybe they eat some kind of metal. I thought of a funny inconventient way where Tin Tim has a coin slot and that Puk has to keep giving his coins to keep his friend running

Something I begin to understand, Being on your own for a long time, fighting your own demons and protecting yourself with building a wall and sending people away who come to close because theyll never see you or understand. You believe you will stay alone and have to fight alone. But when u dare to let someone in, someone who will become your 'partner' that means youre in this together and means you dont have to fight alone anymore

🪄We worked in a small team so i got to different types of work wich was fun and inspiring. Something exciting was that I got to do the Art direction and I was layout Lead so i got to plan out all the backgrounds and characters for each shot wich I learned alot from!
First storybeat: I had alot of fun trying to convey the story in the beats. In the first one we see the ringmaster of the Regitare family holding his brothers first created automaton when it was still imperfect, after his brother would walk a different path ane become the director of bigger better land, a huge flashy park that only wants renewal and the best kind of entertainment even if it means replacing humans.
The automaton in his hands is a dying flame. A reminder of his once innocent brother, now gone..
The second storybeat: is our protagonist Rosetta trying to convince to the ringmaster Chiarini Regitare that they need to upgrade their shows and that change is good. But Chiarini stays stubborn and believes in staying small and intimate and close to the handmade essence of his craft. But a new threat is in town 'bigger better land' that steals their audience. But what Rosetta doesnt know is that its Chiarini's Brother who is the director of this new park.

About: a succesful local family theatre thats threatened to close when a new big park arrives with more envanced entertainment. And in the middle of it all is a young clown girl from the family theatre Regitare. She has big dreams of making the show bigger, and when competition arrives she tries to show the need to rennovate to the ringmaster. But he refuses and wants to stick to his old handcrafted ways, how its supposed to be. What will she do?
