Saturday is our grand opening and I couldn’t feel more excited to show yall what we’ve been working on. This restaurant is deeply personal to what I want to contribute to New Orleans’ already rich food scene. I grew up cooking Spanish food at my father’s restaurant Riomar, and at the age of 20 I moved to New York to cook at some of the top restaurants in the country for a decade with the help of my amazing parents who have supported me every step of the way. Coming home and opening @eatchichis and now Dolfy’s with my wife has been a dream come true. I love the restaurant community we have built, and we are so ready to add to our favorite neighborhood in New Orleans. Dolfys feels like my entire life’s work coming to fruition. Although we don’t plan to be a perfect restaurant on day 1, we’re striving to quickly become your favorite restaurant. We hired an amazing group of likeminded professionals and put a lot of thought and intention into every detail. We can’t wait to welcome you in!
Reservations going live tonight at 5pm on Resy (:
It’s always a party when @feetz93 is at the grill. 🔥 Chef Adolfo Garcia Jr from @eatchichis will be serving Panamanian BBQ Chicken, Arroz con Guandulez and Fried Plantains. 6-9pm. Don’t miss!
