Because the story unfolds during a tennis match, real recreational tennis experience is important. Acting experience is not required. In partnership with our longtime collaborators at @pastillaagency we produced a spot for @visitpasadena that celebrates the local businesses and vibrant culture that define our community. In the wake of the Eaton Fire, businesses like these stepped up to hold the community together. That spirit is what we set out to capture in this campaign. @octavias_bookshelf became a central hub for mutual aid resources and a place to gather. @perle_restaurant continued to share world-class meals, even as Chef Dean and Pauline rebuilt their lives. @weareneighborsandfriends opened a community fridge stocked with essentials and provided ongoing support to those most impacted. @vromansbookstore organized book drives, collected donations, and rallied for recovery efforts. And @thepienburger , a Pasadena staple, stood as a reminder of the city’s enduring spirit. Looking ahead, we want to offer more projects like this to local businesses and grassroots organizations when they’re ready.
