Ca 1 år tilbake drodlet vi om mulig innflytting, og veldig snart har den ideen resultert i 10måneder samboerskap, og jeg er ikke klar for at du flytter enda 😅
Jeg har aldri spist så mye god mat (laget av deg), og drukket så mye god vin som etter du flyttet inn. Vi har mistet telling på hvor mange meierismørpakker og flasker olivenolje som har gått med i dette samboerskapet, og jeg ville aldri vært foruten. Gleder meg til feiring ikveld, og videre gode samtaler over kommende middager. Love ya!

One year ago we started talking about you moving in (temporary), and what do you know, its almost been 10months already, and im not ready to kick you out!
We have shared many many meals (mostly cooked by you), emptied alot of bottles wine and champagne, and have been supporters for eachother through our everyday life.

This bun "skolebolle" went viral, and I just had to try it. Im a sucker for lots of vanilla curd, and loved this fluffy bun with lots of curd! It was even still a little warm, yum.
If you want to try it, they only make a limited amount pr day, so get there when it opens to secure one.

We had the pleasure of being there when new hire Philip served Canard à la presse for the first time, with @ulrikalaise 's guidance. And let me tell you, as a sauce person, this is the best sauce I've ever had! Except grandma's of course 💕
The night was wonderful as always, firing up all the dopamine, serotonin and endorphins in my brain all at once, making me all giddy and ridiculously happy 💖🤭

I had a liter of whole milk i wanted to do something fun with. Found out; i can make homemade mozzarella with only two ingrediences - white vinegar and whole milk! Amazing!
This is the result, so yum! Will do again!

On top of my restaurant bucket list was @restaurantalchemist . My very good friend @ersdal booked tickets on_my_birthday(!)
The booking was yesterday, and Im still in awe and in seventh heaven because of the experience.
The extremely professional staff, worlds best waiter/front of the house @jogibulava , experiencing @rasmusmunkalchemist vision and mind throughout the millions of details. The food, the wine, the snacks, the surprises, amazing. Also raising awareness of the pressing matters in the world such as plastic in the ocean, hunger, blood shortage, caged chickens to name a few.
You feel everything. There is nothing random, every single details has a meaning to it.
Hats of, and I bow in honor to the team of creative souls at The Alchemist.
Im humbled to have experienced this masterpiece.

'Tis the season 🎅
Every year for 6 years I make butterscotch before christmas.
I always use @trinesmatblogg recipe. I switch the honey with golden syrup, after my preference.
So good. Sweet, creamy, and with a hint of salt!
Wrapping them up takes a while (😅), but fun when they are done, and you can share them with friends and family 🥰
I started my cooking joy with Trine's recipes 10 years ago. She is a rock star! I love her recipes!

For my grandmothers funeral I made a lemon cheesecake.
My moms recipe. A classic, superfresh and yummy!
Making food and cakes is a type of therapy for me.
A place I can zone out and just be.
Grandma was a wizard in the kitchen, baking, making, mixing, always with lots of butter. That woman knew how to make yummy food. Im glad I've inherited that part of her, aswell as my name 💛
I miss my grandma. But she is with grandpa and my uncle now, so that makes me happy 💛
And I'll be continuing to make food in her honor 💛

Visited this korean restaurant last week, @j2korean !
First of all, the staff - amazing. So fun, inclusive, and sweet. We had a blast!
Second of all, the food:
Norwegian wild tuna with Yuzu sauce - Tasty, fresh, but I missed the tuna flavour - the yuzu feeling was strong with this one.
Octopus - The reason enough to go to J2! Id like a million of these octopus bites, please, and thank you.
Wagyu in ramen - the brooooth(!) Super juicy wagyu-slices, really nice noodles, amazing kimchi, and the broth - pour the rest in a thermos and I'll be on my way!
J2 Burger - Their take on 'cheeseburger' with Halloumi-cheese. So flavourful and tasty!
Iberico in a korean taco style - The smell of the fried meat as the plate hits the table, holy moly. Excellent dish!
Dessert (coconut sorbet with mango soup) - So fresh and delicious!
Since it was Bojo Novo release day, we paired the menu with a bottle of Morgon beaujolais! (It happened to be one of the recommended wines for the menu🔥)
Im really pleased about this visit, would love to visit again when the menu changes 😃
