Some days they aggressively sign more & other days they survive off fruit but these are a few recipes that are on frequent notation for us & easy ways to get in extra protein & veggies!

Will & I just celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary & this was the perfect spot for the occasion! There are only 12 seats so everyone gets a seat at the sushi bar to watch the chefs in action which is always a highlight of going to an omakase for me!
The night started with complimentary welcome drinks followed by 16 nigiri courses + dessert. There were so many interesting combos—my faves were the akami tuna + everything bagel seasoning, uni + ikura crispy gunkan, tuna tartare + ikura, a5 wagyu + caviar, & unagi + bone marrow. @costco poke is my guilty pleasure 🤭
I am a big fan of their ahi tuna wasabi poke, which is usually the only flavor that my Costco has so this was my first time seeing this sriracha salmon poke & I immediately added to cart lol
I thought it was going to be a creamy spicy mayo but it’s more of a chili oil style sauce imo & actually pretty spicy! Maybe a bit overwhelming at first but the garlicky spice is so addicting!
My favorite way to eat poke is wrapping it in roasted seaweed with rice, avocado, & cucumber—the perfect bite 😙🤌

All I ever want for my birthday is sushi so this was such a treat! This omakase included welcome cocktails, 3 canapés, 16 pieces of nigiri, dessert, & a boozy farewell tea.
There are only 10 seats so everyone gets a front row view of all the action. It’s so cool watching the 3 chefs work in sync to create each piece from freshly grating wasabi to torching bone marrow. So much attention to detail & unique flavor combos! Here’s everything we ate:
