The signature Mala broth is so good. Perfect amount of spice and so flavourful. I love these individual sized hot pots because you can put as much or as little as you want. I love getting vermicelli noodles with an assortment of veggies, mushrooms, rice cake, fish and scallops 🍄 🐟
It comes with a cute lil soft serve at the end too 🍦

This spot was on my list for a while and I finally went to try it! The decor is simple but chic and gives off Toronto vibes without the expensive parking and traffic ✌️ The food was pretty good, I enjoyed the tacos but I probably wouldn’t get the guacamole again though, didn’t have too much flavour!

I recently went on the silhouette and had an amazing experience. I would only recommend this to anyone who prioritizes a chill vacation with good food.
There aren’t crazy parties on this ship, but there are craft classes such as macrame and paracord keychains or shows such as musicals, comedy or magic 🪄
The food was so delicious and always so many options. The dinner menu changed daily and the buffet always had something fun like a chocolate or cheese fountain ⛲️
My favorite was the garlic butter escargot and various types of steaks 🥩
I spent the week exploring the different ports, sitting in the hot tubs and eating icecream with a view🍦
