This weekend we were host to the Global Legal Hackathon, a competition bringing together legal teams across Greater Manchester to help facilitate the complicated world of to the public. And congratulations to the winners of this round, SHED. Student Housing: Easily Done is an innovative app making housing laws and contracts easy for students, and we think it’s brilliant! Fingers crossed for the semi finals 🤞🤞🤞

Our neighbours over at @oldbanknoma (just next to The Pilcrow pub) run a weekly lunchtime event every Friday for people in the city to take a break and eat some (unlimited!) Dhal and maybe try their hand at a bit of Drawing and DIY. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the end of the week and a great chance to meet other people in the city centre.
