Fearful, with over 15 years in sound design, delivers dark, cinematic and heavy productions, blending drum & bass with techno, breaks and experimental elements. His work has gained support from artists like Alix Perez, QZB, Hyroglifics, Visages or Icicle. Across projects like Interference and Exordium, Fearful has continued to explore the darker side of electronic music, building a catalogue that’s as atmospheric as it is powerful. More recently, his release Beyond The Veil gained further support from heavyweight names including Noisia, Mumdance and Deft. A sound built for dim rooms and heavy systems - now landing at Cross Club. 😮‍💨

Two of the scenes brightest stars are coming together to put on a back 2 back show like no other…. London based Rue and Fearful will be battling it up this Friday at our return to Planet Wax for our 5 year celebration. Rue being one of our newest members to the label has been on a whirlwind of progesssion and status updates. Since his debut release back in 2023 he presented himself to the world as an artist who has an immaculate ear for cord progressions and developing stories and emotions within his music. Since then he has released an album and featured on some iconic labels such as Domain and NYX. A USB prepped with a plethora of dubs that he has made over the last year. A true within this new generation of drum and bass. Fearful, a household name many of you will know. A veteran in the electronic music landscape covering almost every sub genre. After his inception last year Chris has been an important figure in the Yamatai camp providing highly detailed knowledge on music production for our other rising artists. Also equipped with making absolutely bangers Fearful like Rue is an artist you need to keep tabs on.
