Hard to believe it's been 8 years since LM filmings landed in Amsterdam for the first time.
The opportunity to share the stage and love for a program with @roggeveenj and so many others was unique and brings back many memories.
Seeing the filmings back in Amsterdam and having a new generation of fierce and inspiring trainers and presenters take that stage and share their love (for all the different programs and for movement itself) makes me so incredibly proud!

People coming together for a cause. To raise funds for a physical space where people are free to express themselves in whatever way they want to, and feel seen, appreciated, safe and empowered to fully be who they are.

In special, I want to thank Josh Tutt for his leadership and boundless supply of ideas, Rick Burgess for all the hard work behind the scenes that few of us have seen and for his excellent care Of all funds; Katy Dawn Stewart for continuing to ask questions that helped bring different perspectives to light and the humor that brought light in so many dark spaces and times; Theda Morris for sharing her creative and artistic talents and diligently making countless contributions; Ken Johnson for his belief and dedication to charity which leaves this world a little better than he found it; Mallori Girard for her insights and positive, can-do support that together with Liam, Alex, and Halo kept everyone hydrated on one of the hottest galas in Texas; all the local Kings and Queens that support and cheer each other on like one big family; and all the countless people that selflessly contributed in so many different ways.

As Pride month has come to an end, I reflect:
.
1) Rainbows are a natural phenomenon.
They just occur, and bring color to dark times.
They shine the brigthest despite the storms around them.
And they cover a diverse range of colors. Some of these blend with others, and some don't even have names yet (perhaps just a feel). And still, they are all part of the rainbow.
Rainbows can't be postponed or canceled. They just are!

2) Mother nature contains all different kinds of colors. (If you want, can, and take time to see them)
She shows us how colorful life is.
And she doesn't hide any of her colors away.
She lives IN FULL COLOR every day, all year round.
Sharing and shining all her colors bright and proudly.
.
3) People can try cancel, postpone, ignore, or silence other people.
Yet you can't change the natural richness of all the colors of life.
That would be like canceling, postponing, ignoring, or muting Mother Nature herself.
Every day is a reminder that you can't cancel or hold back naturally occurring things like rainbows. 🌈
