Wilderness has always had a very special place in my life.
Spending holidays here with my family when I was growing up, exploring with friends. And I always feel so sad to leave.
Wilderness, I will return!
A weekend getaway earlier this year to Baardskeerdersbos with Nanje. We stayed in the coziest cabin with an outdoor kitchen. And met this cool friend " Loki " 🐶

Something I'd like to add.
Something I struggle with is sharing my work for me, not for the viewer.
It's so easy to look at our own creations and think this is not good enough. Especially when it comes to the views or the likes.
But that defeats the whole purpose of creating and sharing our work. It's about learning a craft and becoming better at a skill. It's about sharing your work with meaning.
I went to a workshop by @seantuck this weekend. He spoke about creating with meaning. And sharing our work for ourselves. And maybe along the way connecting with someone who connects to your work.
I am challenging you to also share that work you created. But for you!

The nature surrounding us was so beautiful. And the waterfall on this property was insane!
We stayed in this beautiful A-Frame cabin on a property just outside Suurbraak.
One day we will return!

A night at the log cabin.
@nanje_nowack and I stayed in this log cabin called the Egyptian Goose when passing through Oudtshoorn a while ago.
This was such a beautiful place to visit. I would have loved to spend more of our time here.
Situated just outside Oudtshoorn. On a lake where you can hear the frogs singing throughout the night. And we got to experience an amazing sunrise right from our doorstep.
I recently discovered a love for going through footage and grabbing random frames from different projects.
This was just some B-Roll from a recent shoot in the city.
