#lowselfesteem I've dealt with it my whole life but people don't believe me. Being called a monkey, ape, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, duck my entire youth with constant non-stop bullying everyday You start to believe it 🤷🏾♂️ It wasn't till @papabudz420 came to visit us. I was in the 9th grade and felt terrible about myself. He said hey let's take some photos. At first I thought he was crazy but I agreed. When he sent me those photos I saw something amazing that I didn't see it myself. And not only did I see it but I took those photos to school and I had about a hundred of them. When I tell you every girl in every classroom was asking me for pictures girls that I've had crushes on that I was too scared to even say hello to hardly. Took my photos and thought that they were amazing. I will never forget that feeling for the first time in my life I handsome a slight sense of self-esteem and emboldened! So DON'T TELL ME PHOTOGRAPHY ISN'T POWERFUL! I think that moment is why I'm a photographer today. And I love working with newcomers showing them how amazing they can look!
