@FBIBaltimore investigated with the Environmental Protection Agency Criminal Investigation Division and the U.S. Coast Guard Investigative Service. The Indian and Singapore corporations and a company official are charged with conspiring to defraud the United States and causing the death of six construction workers.

The FBI honors Secretary Anne Henry Call. On the morning of September 11, 2001, Call was deployed to work the Command Center after American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon in a terrorist attack. OTD in 2023, Call succumbed to breast cancer that was either precipitated or accelerated by her exposure to toxins at the crash site.
