Big freshen up of a super old dway that recently endured a massive renovation resulting in dway getting worn n damaged throughout build time. Covercrete excellent way to tidy up freshen up existing concrete. Monument with a dune fleck. Quite steep dway so we used a super large spray nozzle to create a bit more grip. @tapscottbuild

Ever wonder how a burnished slab or a polished concrete slab is protected throughout the entire build project. Well this is how. Only way to protect properly has a breathable cloth underlay with a a hard versatile upper layer. Soft for concrete protection on bottom hard on top for bricks blocks steel timber works. Can be hosed out after block fills or off form walls and columns. Cut out around all your walls and tape up all joints and you have the perfect protection. Fine example here from @lamperconstructions For those who try and tight arse it no plastic doesn’t work concrete will sweat and dis colour under it. Sheets of bracing ply or cement sheeting doesn’t work scratches and marks concrete. As the saying goes do it once do it right !!
Finally polished all the external concrete around my own home for one of our first jobs back this year. only took 3 yrs to get the time to do it. Big thanks to @shane.powell1 and @paul3lder for sitting on grinders for days on end 🤣. Looks the goods now
