Horsemanship Institute
Project Location: Manja, Jordan

The building embodies the timeless relationship between humans and horses, showcasing the art of horsemanship. It combines local history and modern architecture, utilizing passive ventilation techniques and distinctive openings in the stable building.
The interior design was meticulously curated to harmonize with the architectural concept. Natural stone was carefully selected for the floor tiles, imbuing the spaces with a sense of timeless elegance. Artifacts and paintings depicting horsemanship were thoughtfully placed throughout the interior, adding character and storytelling to the walls and spaces. Additionally, handcrafted copper chandeliers were chosen to create an enchanting ambiance, further heightening the overall mystique of the environment.

Project Summary:
Our office designed the project to incorporate multipurpose halls and various amenities catering to both members and the local community. The building features an office space, an alumni club situated on the roof boasting a 235 square meters terrace, and two fully equipped multipurpose halls. These halls are strategically designed with separate entrances to facilitate simultaneous events. The first hall, situated on the ground floor, spans 240 square meters, and opens onto an outdoor terrace. The second hall, located on the second floor, covers an area of 215 square meters and can be partitioned into two separate halls with individual entrances, offering versatility for various events including lectures. Additionally, the halls are complemented by restroom facilities, a central kitchen, and outdoor gardens.

Private Villa Residence

Design services covering architectural, interior, landscape, structural, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary works, along with furniture selection. Responsibilities also include preparing contract and tender documents, as well as supervising the project’s on-site execution.
Project Summary:
Situated on a challenging, linear south-sloping site in Abdoun’s high-end residential district, this villa was carefully designed to meet the needs of a family of four. The home follows a linear east–west orientation, with a lap pool and terrace positioned along the southern edge. The family sitting room, breakfast area, and master bedroom all open directly onto this outdoor pool space.
At the heart of the villa lies the family living room, overlooking a double-height, glass-roofed internal stair hall that descends to the basement level, where the garages, gym, and service areas are located. To the west, a lush semi-open green courtyard adjoins the family living room, introducing a vibrant natural element while creating privacy between this communal space and the master suite. The main sitting and dining area occupies the front southeast corner, offering expansive views over the surrounding landscape.
The layout is thoughtfully crafted to balance open-plan living with privacy and personal expression. Each family member enjoys a dedicated space tailored to their needs, personality, and aesthetic preferences.
