One of the questions I’ve gotten the most since our Empower event is, “Was it worth it?” or “Did you get a good return on it?”
My answer is easy. Absolutely.
The goal of this event was never just about numbers. It was about creating something valuable for the real estate community here in Central Indiana.
We wanted to pour back into our referral partners, create opportunities for our loan officers, highlight great local businesses and sponsors, and bring people together in a way that actually helps everyone grow.
Seeing the turnout, the conversations, the feedback, and the relationships that were strengthened made it all worth it.
Since the event, I’ve received a lot of compliments and encouragement to continue doing things like this, and that means a lot.
Grateful for everyone who supported, attended, sponsored, and helped make Empower such a success.
We’re excited about what this can become moving forward and look forward to continuing to support our community, our partners, and our team.

Will has increased his business by over 100% year over year, and during the call he shared how he’s been implementing the coaching and fully utilizing the platform to create that growth.

Had a team lunch this week to recap Q1 and spend some time reflecting as a group.
We walked through individual performance, shared some wins from the quarter, and talked through a simple framework of what we want to stop, start, and continue going into Q2.
The focus was on personal habits, what’s actually driving results, and where we can be more intentional with our time and effort.
Good conversation, a lot of ideas shared, and always helpful to hear what’s working for others.

Im thrilled to recognize Chris Pisano on a fantastic 2025.
2025 was a record for Chris in the mortgage industry and it earned him recognition as a Top Mortgage Originator by the Scotsman’s Guide.
Last year was Chris’s first full year at Rate, and turned out to be the best year he ever had outside of the pandemic. Way to go Chris, really happy for you! Congratulations!
