Dad had a stroke at the end of last year and it broke my heart. His job wouldn’t let him come back to work although signed off my all the medical professionals. He was lost and losing spirit.😔

I saw dad on the couch watching surf YouTube’s of Fiji when I walked past and said “ I should take you one day”…two weeks later I said f**ck it. Life is too short. And booked. ✈️
Dad doesn’t take himself anywhere, he doesn’t buy things or go places. He has been riddled with pain in all his limbs and back his whole life.
He can’t fly far without shooting pain down his legs, I wasn’t sure he would / could come at all. 😅

Next minute we were surfing cloud break, getting pumped at Wilkes and surfing the waves people dream of. 🌊🌊 For me, it was about seeing light behind his eyes again, and it was all made it worth it when he was at the coffee shop with all his mates telling them about it all - see last clip 🥹 @peterfazmutley

I have been fortunate enough to work in many industries from being a private personal & executive assistant, to working in elite boarding schools with kids, to voicing snow reports for Perisher, to producing incredible shoots, music videos to movies and tv series, to radio stations, podcasts and live broadcast television. ✨
Being freelance isn’t easy, the turbulence and uncertainty can be huge. You gotta take the work when it’s there, sometimes travel, miss birthdays, weddings, lack a routine or any stability.. But I can safely say that I have lived and fulfilled an epic life and now have an even better work ethic outside a 9-5 and knowing how to be flex
Doing my tax is one of the most annoying complex thing there is 🤣 (any good accountants on here!? )
I am a people person and always want to bring good people together. I like to see others thrive and have fun while doing it. Tomorrow is not guaranteed so start designing the life you want!
