I’ve carried this in my heart for months - waiting, listening, preparing. Now, I’m excited to finally share this gift with you: the first PHYSICAL edition of the God, Healing, and Poetry writing room is finally here! I’m bursting with joy at the thought of all we will experience together.
In the midst of life’s noise and chaos, this will be a place to quiet your heart and listen to Abba’s voice. Writing has saved me many times, pulling me through some of the hardest moments of my life. This will be a safe space for you, a gentle knocking on your heart to come hither, to come unashamed, to come as you are.
In this space we will learn to hear Abba through poetry. Through worship, writing, and gentle sharing, we will explore poetry as conversation and connection with God. Whether you’ve been writing for years or have never written poetry before, this room is for everyone. It is especially for those seeking honesty and rest, there is no pressure to perform here.
My prayer is that when you walk through the doors, the peace of the Lord envelopes your heart and you are reminded of his deep love for you. Here you will find words that heal.

This poem “Kintsugi” is the first spoken word piece I ever wrote and it’s incredibly dear to my heart. It’s a story of the beauty in the broken and the strength that lies in how fantastically flawed we are. There is beauty in our pain and our victory, and in how intricately it forms our genius. We are mosaic. Abba’s masterpiece.
It was such an honour to share this story with thousands of people on your special night @limoblaze_ . It’s been my deepest joy to watch you bloom and flourish, dazzling beautifully in the light. I’m forever proud of you ❤️ #YoungAndChosen
Welcome to the month of May, the month of the Writing Room ❤️
Just a few days to go before we begin…
This is a space where you can slow down and meet yourself honestly, with God at the center. A space for the words you’ve been holding in, the prayers you couldn’t quite form, and the healing that doesn’t need to be rushed.
No perfection needed. Just your presence, your willingness, and your story.
Final sign-ups are now open. Please click the link in my bio to register ❤️

My baby, my baby. I’ve been thinking about the last 4 years and what a journey it has been! It’s such an honour to walk this life with you. God is so good and I see it through how you love me deeply, how you show up for us everyday.
It’s such a blessing to know you in this life time, it’s such a joy to love you.
Happy anniversary, my lover. Here’s to forever ❤️
@favour_emma tells us what she learnt from a friendship breakup…
Life doesn’t end, it goes on… and you have to allow yourself to go through it and actually heal.
We don’t talk about the pain enough, especially when you saw the rest of your life with them…and the truth is, it hurts. deeply.
But it’s not the end of the world… there’s still room for new friendships, new connections, and new beginnings.
Choosing yourself, even in the heartbreak, is where the healing begins 🥹🤗
Real Talk: Navigating Modern Friendship
As we head into the season finale, we’re getting honest about friendship heartbreak, forgiveness, and the boundaries we can’t ignore. From broken trust to choosing who stays, this is a conversation about healing, growth, and loving deeply without losing yourself 💭
Writing has saved me many times, pulled me out of some of the darkest seasons of my life. God has taught me rest, shown me peace, helped me find healing through poetry, through writing.
I’ve carried this in my heart and I can’t wait to share this room with you. It’s as much for me as it is for you ❤️ #GHPWritingRoom
March recap: I started running last month… and wow, what a ride it’s been.
My very first 5K humbled me completely, it literally took my body a whole week to recover 😂 But from there, I kept going. I started learning about pacing, cadence, and how to actually run with better form.
I won’t lie, it hasn’t been easy. Some days felt heavy, some runs were short (barely 2–3K), and a lot of the time I had to push myself to show up when I really didn’t want to.
But that’s the biggest lesson March gave me: just show up. Stay consistent. Be present. And enjoy the process, even when it’s hard.
I’ve had some solid running tips so far… clearly I need more so send them my way 😂
I had the pleasure of being invited as a guest speaker at the Global Business Club Panel hosted by QA Higher Education in London.
The session focused on “Human Skills in the Age of AI”, a topic that feels more relevant than ever. It was a great experience sharing reflections on career turning points, common early-career mistakes, and how to navigate professional growth with intention.
What stood out most was the level of engagement from students. The curiosity, thoughtful questions, and openness to learning were genuinely inspiring. Spaces like this are so important for bridging the gap between education and real-world experience.
A special thank you to the organising team for such a well-run event, and for the beautiful flowers in celebration of International Women’s Month. A truly thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable.
Grateful for the opportunity and always happy to contribute to conversations that empower emerging talent.
