There’s something powerful about a God who didn’t stay distant.
Sometimes life feels confusing. We pray, struggle, fail, start over, and wonder if God truly understands what it means to be human. But this song reminds me that Jesus didn’t watch from afar. He stepped into pain, rejection, pressure, and sacrifice, from heaven, to earth.

Sometimes, the exhaustion we feel is deeper than sleep can fix. You can sleep for 8 hours and still wake up mentally tired… tired of overthinking, pressure, uncertainty, disappointments, trying to figure life out, or silently carrying battles nobody knows about.
What God promised Moses here wasn’t just a vacation or a break from work, He promised His presence. Because sometimes what we truly need isn’t an escape from life, but the assurance that we’re not walking through it alone.
Real rest comes when you stop trying to control everything and trust that God is already ahead of you. The job may not be clear, the relationship may be confusing, the money may be tight, the future may feel uncertain, but if His presence goes with you, you won’t walk empty.
Maybe today, instead of stressing over every detail, whisper this simple prayer: “Lord, if Your presence goes with me, I’ll be okay.” 🤍

May God calm the anxiety that comes from waiting. May He give you strength when life feels delayed, confusing, or unfair. And may you never mistake “not yet” for “never.” Amen.

One of the hardest things in real life is watching others move ahead while you feel stuck. Seeing people get opportunities, relationships, breakthroughs, or success while you’re praying and wondering, “God, when will it be my turn?”
But timing changes everything.
Sometimes we rush things because silence feels like rejection. We force relationships that were never meant to stay, chase opportunities we’re not prepared for, or compare our behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel. Then later, we realize: if it happened when we wanted, it might have broken us instead of blessed us.
God’s timing is frustrating sometimes, yes, but it is intentional.
The closed door may actually be protection. The delay may be preparation. The season that feels slow may be building the version of you that can actually sustain the blessing you’ve been praying for.
So if you’ve been tired of waiting, this is your reminder: don’t let impatience make you abandon what faith told you. What God has for you is not running late.
When the time is right, He will make it happen.
About a year ago today, i and my good friend min Joe @joekeyzs casually sat down for a conversation, and the next thing you know we’re deep in spontaneous worship.
This wasn’t even planned.
