@favestheedit is here to do something different. It’s for every woman who wants to be the best version of themselves. It’s a space where women can experiment with their style, connect with like minded multifaceted women, share the things they love and encourage and empower eachother.
Yesterday, a year since our first live event, we hosted our first Faves Live, The Runway, during London Fashion Week. Rather than professional models, we had our Faves takeover girls walk the catwalk. Women who genuinely inspire us and are a part of our wider Faves team.
We showcased the best of the highstreet and our incredible stylist @fifthseasonstyling curated a runway that could be shopped live. Wearable, stylish pieces you can restyle and rewear. It’s important to us that our runway represented the women who shop from our platform. Athletic build, curve, petite & tall women walked our catwalk and the reaction has been more incredible than we could have expected.
These women pushed themselves out of their comfort zone, with the support of @izzyutterson . She encouraged them that doing something new they had never done before, would leave them feeling empowered and confident.
You could feel the energy in the room. The turnout was incredible and our community is truly something special. We have so many amazing things to share with you from the day.

What it’s really like getting ready for a red carpet … chaos 😂
There’s a whole team that puts that look together and create the content. For the few seconds you see on the carpet, there has been hours of preparation and in our case, furniture re arranging, a hell of a lot of tit tape and freezing on the roof to get the shot.
