As 2020 starts, it marks the end of my highschool year. I know it hasn't ended yet but I wouldn't even be at this stage without the help of the amazing people who's been there for me and made not only my highschool years enjoyable but also helped me to develop to who I am today even before highschool. These handful of people (and @jesslyn.hillary because somehow we don't have any pictures together) in particular has helped me one or another, be that as emotional support or just to make the heavy days feel lighter through laughter. 2019 has probably been one of the hardest yet most achieving year of my life and from here on now, things will only look brighter.
There are some people who I had to part with in 2019 who meant lots to me, this wasn't an easy task but some things are out of our control. Know that it could have been just as easy for them to be apart of this post, just like it is as easy for anyone to part ways. Let us start 2020 with a new chapter with the past at our backs.
But 2019 was also the day I met a great bunch of friends, sometimes idiotic but that's what makes it fun. A bunch of lads I know I can always count on. A bunch of lads that have turned to my family. 2019 was also when I met a special person, a person I never knew I'd get so close with, and she's helped me through anything and everything and I will always be grateful to have her.
I love you all and I appreciate you all dearly. Here's to an even better year and decade.
